Ik question Agar hm maintenance calories se 100-200 calories yada le rhe , fat nhi , Balki protien se And exercise nhi ki agar kuch din toh jo extra protein lege uska kya hoga , fat toh store ho jata body mai , protein kha jata ?
Abey. Simply fatloss k liye calories deficit, proper protein aur excercise. Excercise ek do din nahi karne se kuch nahi hoga. Even week se bhi nahi hoga. Baki bhul ja. Protein sirf gym Jane walo ko nahi chahiye. Muscle hai toh protein demand krte hai. Excercise karo ho ya nahi

Can i build muscle on a low protein diet ? Thing is I can't afford Whey protein, plus I'm vegetarian. Currently im consuming 1) 100 gms of Boiled Chickpea or Brown Gram / day 2) 500ml of Buffalo Milk / day 3) Soy Chunks 100gm after cooking (i take 35gm raw) / day 4) Roasted Peanuts 50gm / day. Is this enough or should i add something more, pls help😢

Sir meri physique change hui hai lekin 1 kg weight gain ho gya h phle se is this muscle mass
My weight on weighing scale has not changed but people told me I look somehow thinner .is it a good sign or iam not losing anything.
