I loved how Nick got his Icarus moment, chance time helped and bowser still knocked him down hard
Nick's luck was off the chart this game... so off the chart, it broke both the top of the graph, and the bottom of the graph.

Let's be real. The most embarrassing turn was when he went in front of Bowser, lost a duel, then lost a star to Bowser. That was actually embarrassing.
Then again, between this and the raid boss time, Nick has famously embarrassing moments.

It was moreso that we explain how the board works at the start of the vid so I felt like a scripted intro for this one would’ve been pointless.

Nick always manages to get the most insane luck then immediately loses everything he gained due to someone else either being an INSANE hater or by getting ridiculously bad luck which somehow manages to backfire onto Nick the most 💀

I don't get how Nick can have simultaneously the worst and best luck of the the boys.
I always compare his luck to a double dice. The highest highs you can ever get, giving you moments of luck that nobody else can achieve, like a turn 2 hidden block or 4 stars from chance time, but in exchange, it's wildly inconsistent, unreliable, and can screw him over, which results in things like him getting juggled by Bowser and losing 4 stars in 2 turns. People in Brent and Vern's chat were spamming "poor Nick" and "he finally beat the lucky allegations" not even 10 minutes after spamming "Nick is never beating the lucky allegations."
It is simple he got a beating from karma.

Nick's luck is the literal definition of a double-edged sword. Sometimes, his luck is out of this world and carries him to victory. Other times, his luck body slams him to the core the earth. Even his good luck at times has a negative effect, causing him to loss (for ex: that one time where you had to tie to win, but Nick SOMEHOW got a star for a hidden block, even though they were turned off and he was in 1st)
That one time in reverse Mario Party when Vernias almost dead in the "first place" with three stars. Toad rewarded Nick (which had one star but more coins) with *TWO* bonus stars
Dude had the full circle effect on him
Even in a different Mario Party game, Chance Time spam is still inevitable. What a chaotic game.
Also, Nick losing every single Star he got from Chance Time is the highlight of the game.
Mario Party may be a fun game but with the crazy mechanics and ruining friendships, what do you expect is the most sane thing about this?

Brent didn't even really do nothing, it was all Vernias and his Vern -Virus- EPIDEMIC moment when he rolled a 1 at the most INOPPORTUNE moment possible, and somehow having it backfire on Nick so badly that it lost him 4 stars in 2 turns because of Nick's luck basically being a fucking roulette wheel.

What also doesn’t help is that in Super Mario Sluggers, Bowser Jr. turns Daisy to a statue. However, in the end, Daisy still invited Bowser and his son to her cruise
I loved the Kingdom Hearts 2 reference of Axel being annoyed because of Eevee's tone. Really clever if you ask me
Bowser obliterating Nick's stars from 4 to 0 was probably the most deserved karma out there. Cause honestly while Sophist acts like a villain, that piplup is a lot more vile at times in these games.

At this point, I'm not sure whether it's luck. I'm starting to suspect that Vern figured out the Chance Time timing for Superstars, but Nick figured it out for 6.
Mario Party 6 is probably my favourite in the series, and Clockwork Castle is a wild board to play on. Had a lot of fun watching this, Bowser had it out for Nick for the luck on basically chance time.

Vernias rolling a 1 at the worst possible moment wasn't even a Vern virus moment, at that point that was a straight up Vern EPIDEMIC! Screwed over LITERALLY EVERYONE, but screwed Nick the most which allowed Vern to get the win by equalizing with Brent and somehow getting more bonus stars than him.
That was such a rollercoaster for Vern.

Left gives to right in chance time in MP6, meaning the person to show up first will always be losing something, unless it's a swap
I really think the game and Brent wanted Eevee to be WAAAAAAARIO. Also always a joy to see a Mario Patty upload from Eevee again!
