Hey gamers, look, more Mario Party with funny haha twists! In this video, the boys and I are only collecting coins. SUCH is the duty of a hard working individual during the 60-90ish miserable years each person spends on this planet. Who will receive the most money during this game and WHO will prove to the rest of the world that they are in fact just the better human being.

I agree.
The idea is great, _"You're out when you can't pay",_ but the execution is painful. And if endless money is possible, an endless game is possible.
Worst case scenario, all players can agree on a time limit. Ex: "We play for 3 hours, after that, whoever has the most money wins." That can Include or not the original win/lose condition.
Some games have multiple end condition for that exact reason.
One similar game I have has 3 conditions to either eliminate a player and/or end the game completely.
And a Monopoly spin-off I have ends when 9 people pass Go, and those Go' are combined by all the players.
@@guestb8389 the game actually has turn limit rules (it varies with each version) is just that nobody uses them because a fight to the death is what the public wants.

Playing with no stars actually makes dueling busted as hell.
Everyone was pretty much even with each other for the longest time but when Sophist dueled and beat Brent for everything, that pretty much knocked Brent out of the game and the only recovery he could get was Bowser Revolution, which is leaving it to chance.
Sophist however had such a huge lead that Nick and Vern were left to decide on whether to fight each other for 2nd and 3rd or relentlessly chase down Sophist to try and take his lead the same way he got it, through dueling.
Which is a bigger gamble than people realise because if Sophist won that second duel, the game could end right there, Brent and Vern would have been knocked out and Sophist would have been too far ahead for Nick to do anything.
Even though Vern did win that second duel, if the game went on for longer, Nick and Sophist would have be chasing Vern instead and Brent would still be hoping for a Bowser Revolution.
A good rule to implement to stop the game from becoming too linear with these rules is to only bet between 10% and 20% of your total coins but this is a mere suggestion, not a must.

Y'all need to do this with Mario Party DS, they have a board called Bowser's Pinball Machine where you can land and spin on a roulette wheel. It's actually possible to get 999 coins, and it's even an achievement if I recall.
EDIT: 999 coins in one game, not in one go, since the most you can get from one round of a roulette is 500 coins.
You only need to get 500 combined coins from the roulette, because you can only bet 100 per attempt, but you can do X2 X3 or X5

Truly a wonderful time where the goalpost changes from winning normally to just being rich. We see some great competition through this match, but in a last minute twist, our competitors have decided to settle it over some good classic 1v1 showdowns.
