    Hi thanks for the video but the answer to question 4 is still confusing. I think it is related to q3. In my case, i and my wife lived together before marriage and never separated for any reason. I am still confused about what to do. The only solution I see is to mark No and explain the same thing that I explained in Q3. let me know if you have any suggestions. Thank you.

    In question 7, ‘dates they met sponsor/applicant’: We have been dating since last 7 years and we met each other’s family/friends long time ago and we don’t remember the exact dates. What should I do in this situation?

    Hello thank you for your informative video. I have a question on the part"if you are not living together have you visited each other during your relationship"
    This is because I met her in 2019 while she was on summer vacation and I living back home(this was before I moved to Canada). Then she went back for college and returned 2 years later where we met again. But, after that I moved to canada and she went back to our home country after completion of studies. I last visited home this year in january for marriage and came back to apply for her PR. So I assume even though we met before how should I mark it?
    As I was already in home country I'll only be able to show pics of our meetups... Please advice

    I got stuck on part c, question 4. should I answer (yes or no). do they mean like after marriage we lived together or they meant after I got back to Canada and my wife stayed in her country if we visited some where and stay together in one place?? please let me know
    and thank you for your videos🙏

      If you are currently in Canada and your wife in other country, then you would select 'No' for part C- Que 3 (Are you living together now?). And then for Que 4 (have you visited each other...), you can list the travel that you have done together before or after you got married or came to Canada. Super glad that you found my videos helpful. Please subscribe and like, if not done already :).

      Assuming your partner is the sponsor and you are applicant, it all depends on the status of your partner in Canada.

    Hi, thank you for the amazing explanation. I've a question. I traveled to my home country in November 2021 to end of December 2021. In the mid December, I meet her first just for couple of hours, and I traveled back to canada. After that I traveled back for marriage and all. What should I mention in Part C, Q4 (table), if yes can you provide me with the exact table content? I'm very much confused here.
    To and From will be same, what should be next

    • @OleCanada
      @OleCanada  ปีที่แล้ว

      1. 2021-11 to 2021-12 - Sponsor travelled to meet PA - stayed at same location (No) - N/A
      2. to < return date to Canada> - stayed at same location (your response)> --- and likewise
      If you guys lived or stayed together then your response will be according to that..

      @@OleCanada Bro - If you don't mind can you please explain your point in saying - "Stayed at same location (No) - N/A" where Sponsor and PA had met for couple of hours. Isn't that considered as having stayed at the same place even if it was for couple of hours?

    • @OleCanada
      @OleCanada  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@CanaIndian312 You are right and this is what I have said in the video. The first entry in 'travel and stay history' I have shown the precise case that the sponsor and PA met in Goa and stayed for few days (and could be hours).

    • @OleCanada

      Yeah it is peculiar process to sign the form. I am assuming you are using a Windows machine. Here's the step you can follow:
      1. Fill the form (skip signing for now)
      2. Click on 'Print > Print to PDF > Save as PDF'
      3. Open the saved PDF and using pdf tool 'Fill & Sign', provide signature in the respective fields.
      If you looking for how to sign using Mac machine, the instructions are in the video. If you found the content please subscribe to the channel.

      From what I know hand-signed form is still OK and shouldn't be a problem. You can check with IRCC customer service to be sure.

    I have a question for #11 is there more info you wish to share
    So after listing all the things here, do I need to attach proof of all? If yes, where do I have to upload these documents?

    • @OleCanada
      @OleCanada  ปีที่แล้ว

      Ideally yes! If you have 'additional things' to share only then you would list them in #11 and then upload relevant proof. Those can be uploaded in 'Other' or 'Proof of Relationship' category as per the type of doc in the portal.

    I went to India and over there we met in person for the first time and got married. Should i mention that visit as have you visited each other during relationship section? We stayed togather for 2 weeks during that time

    • @OleCanada
      @OleCanada  ปีที่แล้ว

      I doubt it can be said that you have 'visited each other during relationship' because the relationship didn't exist when you met each other for the first time. However, if you guys have stayed 'together' at the 'same location' then you can mention 'yes' (for visited each other) and provide proof. If there's no proof then I would recommend explaining the case and select 'No'.

    Hello,
    I have few questions regarding to IMM 5532e , part - C, Que: 8, a. was your marriage arranged
    as our marriage was love marriage but we our parents were involved in the all ceremony. Does it call arranged or not?
    Another question, Initially, Because of the safety purposes, i didn't changed my mailing address on my legal document and gave my cousin's address, but me and my wife were living together on that time. how can i prove that scenario? shall I need to put any explanation letter to prove that scenario? i just have one rental document for 3 month which described our names on that lease document only, but after that it convert it to month to month and we didn't sign any rental agreement after. Currently I have changed my all addresses on all document but all of those are just 3 months old. please advice.
    thanks for all the help.

    Hi IRCC requested for imm 5669 and 5532 to the principal applicant my hubby (outland sponsorship)
    My question is can he do the digital signing in my behalf since its digitalised ?
    I am not his representative but i know his gckey account is it possible for me to upload all the requested documents on his behalf ?
    Please help am confuse

    • @OleCanada
      @OleCanada  ปีที่แล้ว

      In practical terms, yes - he can sign on your behalf. I would not recommend to do that just to be on the safer side. It's anyways not a big deal to get the form in email and you putting down your initials. On the second, yes again - you can upload the forms since you have GCKey access, but being an unpaid representative has its own benefits - so would suggest to fill IMM5476e. I have a question on #7 I have attached additional documents the list of people 20 peoples knows the relationship but I got confused what should I write on date they met sponsor and applicant because most of them I know them since 20 years ago before the wedding day Some of them we grew up together Some of them they wasn’t attend on the wedding because didn’t travel back home with me but they know her for long time about the relationship and know each other since we are kids so which date should be write here ? waiting your answer bro. Thanks !!!

    • @OleCanada
      @OleCanada  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      hey bud! I think just putting 5 names should be good enough but if you want to provide additional names then just write down a 'tentative date' - doesn't matter if it is was 20 years ago. Also, the names in Que 7 need not be of people who attended marriage (or any other ceremony). I would suggest to include people who are showing up in the photos that you are submitting in your application, or people who are writing relationship testimonials, or people who have provided any 'comments' in any of the social-media posts.
