For inland application, let say the applicant is currently in canada. travelled once from india to canada for 1 year on work permit and travelled from canada to india for two months and came back to canada . How many trips in total 2 or 3?
Hey thank you so much for making these videos and sharing everything with so much detail. Just wanted to know I have no idea why under the section for Spousal travel history it is not letting me save and continue. Any ideas on what do I need to do .
@hit submit: the form doesn't say to enter trips in reverse order. Does it impact if old trip is provided first? IRCC also asked to provide US trip that I had but I only had Flagpoling. And how do I mention in the form?
Thank you so much for all your videos!! They're so helpful!! I was wondering if you know if the IMM 5562 form has been made a requirement for all PR applications. Previously, it was not listed as a requirement but in the last few weeks it has shown up on the list of required documents in the PR portal, even though my spouse is living in Canada and it is not a requirement under the document checklist. Any info would be very appreciated!

Hello Brother, You are amazing, I am filing my pr application by myself and your videos boost my confidence to not go with any agent, it would be great if you can solve my doubt. My first trip outside of India was to Canada (Study Visa). After that, I got my work permit and provincial nominee invitation letter. What should I write in the "To (YYYY/MM)", Length and Purpose of travel? Thanks
Very nice guideline. Dear, what should I do if I have lost a previous passport with one travel history (that was land port entry & was paper based processing record that time) of 25 years back. My current paassports dont have link with that passport, so can I skip this information? I am asking because they have asked me 2nd time the travel history from age 18. Will be oblized for your reply.
Hi Bro, thanks for taking all the pain and making this video so understanding. Really appreciate your time and hard work. I am in process of filing my pgp for my mom. I have 2 sisters and both are over 22 yrs and married and not a Canadian pr or citizen do i still have to list them as my mothers dependent and are the any specific forms where I have to add them and not on all forms. Thank you
I am unable to validate Form IMM5562e while filling offline. I have filled all the details correctly and all the settings are as per requirement. Frustrating thing is when I try to validate, it is neither getting validated nor showing any error. Can anyone help in resolving this issue please?
Hey, I’m wondering if I need to put countries that I travelled through on my way to destination even if I was only there for less than a day? Thank you🙏
Hi… your videos are so helpful 🙏…. I am confused about if I need to fill this form or not… it is not listed in the country specific requirement form and also not on the checklist form. I am Canadian and my wife is from and living in Thailand… However, on the portal where it lists all the forms required (in red), IMM 5562 is listed.
Yes its been causing confusion since the update. Until IRCC clarifies it, just fill it out to be safe even if it does not show up in your country specific requirements.
Yes, I had the same issue. I’m inland application and when I do the checklist, it doesn’t require IMM5562. Somehow my application returned due to missing documents. When I logged in my portal IMM5562 was there and indicated “required”. I won’t be able to resubmit if I don’t complete the form 😢
Hi, thank you so much for your video. How did you count the days for duration? Say, a person travelled from 24/03/2013-31/03/2013. Would you count the days the person was in that country ( which would be 8 days if counting the arrival and departure ) or would you write 7 days?
Hey Suyash, so I'd travelled to Australia in December 2019, but my passport does not have any immigration stamp from the Australian authorities (it does have one of departure from India, though). In such a case, would you suggest that I submit an LOE as well? Or would the Indian stamp suffice?
Hi! I have a question : If the principal applicant (Indian Citizen) has travelled to Nepal, should that be mentioned in this form? The reason I am confused is because, there is no immigration stamp or visa in the passport as Indian passport holders do not require visa to enter Nepal. Please let me know what you suggest in this scenario. Thank you for all the informative videos.

@@HitSubmitCanada Thanks a lot for answering my question. Wasn't expecting a response, but glad you did. I have a follow-up question: My wife doesn't have her citizenship certificate, so we applied for a replacement, and she's still in school, but will be done soon. I am the one that works full time. So: 1. We were told by an immigration consultant that we can just upload a proof showing that we applied for a replacement of her certificate, and attach a letter of explanation. What do you think? 2. Where she doesn't work, and we have no children. Do you think showing a proof of fund is needed? or even attaching a letter of explanation that I (PA) provides for us. Thanks.
@@inthebeginningwastheword4905 1. sounds right to me. 2. According to the instructions in guide 5289, its the Sponsor who needs to show that they can financially support PA during the 3 year undertaking once the PA becomes PR. So, even if your wife(sponsor) is unemployed and you are the one working, she needs to prove how she can take care of you, not the other way around(that is the whole idea of the sponsor's undertaking). Funds in sponsor's account or even joint account are the best way that I know to prove this. Of course, you can add letter of explanation but that alone might not be enough to prove their ability to support you. Talk to your consultant to find out if they know any other better way for your wife to make this work.
@@HitSubmitCanada Thanks again for the swift response. We decided not to go with the consultant after finding your channel :D. Hi brother, thank you for your great efforts, appreciated. Just one quick question if you can reply, in my case PA doesn't have any travel history at all, do we will still need to fill this form as null and tick mark in document checklist IMM 5533 form?
For a paper application, it does not say it anywhere that, you don't have to fill in details of family members who are already citizens or PR. So I guess this only applies to online applications. Not sure why this discrepancy even exists. IRCC did a very poor job devising this process. Piss poor tbh. It's a great video though, thanks for all your hard work. any update on your AOR?
