- I DON'T KNOW HOW I FEEL ABOUT THIS. Battle For Azeroth was revealed at the Opening Ceremony of Blizzcon 2017 and I'm just really torn. Classic Servers were also revealed, which ALSO hit me kinda weird. This is probably the most divisive announcement I've ever seen from Blizzard regarding World of Warcraft.

twinkstance I'm super in two minds about this expansion. I like a lot about it though - minus the allied races
your face when they announced allied races, i nutted. if you dont like them dont play them, if you cant handle seeing others play them, games with customization options may not be for you

just speculating here but how about a naga sub race..yay or ney? please don't shoot the messenger haha! and Missil i loved you're reaction when Anduin revived everyone..that's barrier with a hint of rez so that would make him a disc priest..then again he's wearing plate so i could be wrong lol :D
Now that I think about it, Mass res in front of Sylvanas is probably the biggest 'fuck you' the Forsaken have ever seen.

I would be more ok if it wasn't Sylv who screamed FTH. She was the an outcast through every previous expansion. Then suddenly insta horde lover. Horde got broken.

RIGHT!!! She hated the Horde... It's even stated in her Lore that she despised the Horde but she allied with them so that she wasn't vulnerable on her quest for immortality.

Most epic momemt was Saurfang roar. It shows that orcs must stand and fight. Its same shit happening again. Orc are gaining their glory and proudness back like Thrall did before.

Anduin mass resurrection was insane; i like a lot when he drops the sword and then proceeds to surrender to his true nature and become the healer of the team.

Blizzard should make wow to be F2P. It's been 13 years since WoW came out plain. It should be like League of Legends, the game is F2P but there Riot Points shop. Blizzard it is prudent to set up the play to buy 45 euro and to remove the monthly payment. To remove the monthly payment came to more players than WoW now has.
And they had the Horde splinter into sub factions yet again making her the next Garrosh Hellscream. I do NOT recognize this horde anymore nor the direction wow has taken. I will nvr be back...
Me on 2017: oh yes, an aggressive act of the alliance who are resentful with the horde and for the first time they are the ones who start a war, this is gonna be awesome.

Lore stuff. The Zandalari that went around being a bunch of lightning douchebags in MoP were pretty much rebels. The real Zandalari - the ones in the trailer - are neutral.

Still, Zandalari are cool-looking and have dinosaurs, so I can't complain
well a few months into beta.., and does Blizz deliver war? short answer NO but I like you acting dude very well done. It's just more Blizz shit so much so I ended my Sub still play beta , and today is pre-patch day and from what I hear no one can log in lol Blizz and hamster run servers despite pulling down still millions a month. GL blizzard in your endeavors for me was a good 13 no 14 years and RtS before that. But this xpac again is built for casuals.

What exactly threatens you so much about Vanilla servers? Do you think it is going to take away from live? I know you keep saying that you "are happy they have a place to play" blah blah, but can totally tell from your reaction that you're NOT happy about this move.
So - at the time of reacting to this, I thought this WAS the announcement. Nothing threatens me about Vanilla - I'm sure Blizzard won't spend too many resources to make it happen. I don't know why people assume my reaction needs to be about others, though? I don't like vanilla so I said ew? Whats the problem with that?

I'm in the wrong channel i think, all due respect but how can you cheer for a new content and not to Classic WoW? I mean i still play retail to this day and it's awesome but nothing can compare to the early expansions unfortunately.
I disagree that nothing can compare and personally think the gameplay in live is vastly superior.
But considering I'm already level 57 and have spent 8 days on Classic since release, I have no problem admitting I was WRONG and it's scratching an itch I didnt know I had 😎
As for the "wrong channel" - maybe? It's easy to get lost on TH-cam
@@MissildineOnline Honestly, thinking better, i could be wrong cuz i was only seeing it in my perspective, for me WoW is all about PvP, PvE is a bonus, it doesn't really get me hyped up or anything, and i can see why people prefer retail specially in the PvE segment but, at least in my opinion, PvP is far superior in the early expansions, specially in Wrath of The Lich King, i think today PvP is too easy, the combo rotations are small and less versatile, i loved being a one man army back in the gold days.
As a new WoW player I’ve never been so excited for an expansion in my life for any game purely because of that epic trailer.

Anyone else feel like the Horde and alliance went... like Well, We took care of the out world demons, Made friends with Pandas and Space fairing Drani AND blood elves. Took down The Lich king and his The Frozen Throne. Defeated The Dragon Aspect of Death, Took out all the old Gods who also possessed Garrosh. Went back in time and Freed the Orcs from being possessed by the outworld Demons... look like we took care of everything.... now.. Where were we? Ohh yea!

Well, the Zandalari we faced in MoP was a splinter group under Zul, they rebelled against their king (his title should be emperor since their monarchy is imperial not royal, but blizz don't care) who is named Rastakhan. It is Rastakhan's faction that we're allying with, presumably.
Anduin will reclaim lordaeron and it's lands and the plot will come full circle. Anduin will grow old... And some old crow will land telling him that the burning legion will return and once again it will be laughed at. Until his son Arthas becomes the "forgotten" Lich King once again and thrust Frost Mourne into his father's gut...... Just in time for everyone to forget WoW spent all this time making expansions and we all end up playing classic again. The End
Mass rez is more compelling but horde are saying mass heal. It was dazzling either way, seeing Anduin put on his big boy pants. Speaking of pants, what is going on with that plate? It's gorgeous, but we've been told Anduin is a priest. That is not priest gear. However it would not be the first time an NPC changed class within the game. The Alliance saw the look in Anduin's eyes when he recovered his father's sword. Maybe he has gone holy pally, a little bit of mom and a little bit of dad.

As if Anduin would have survived longer than a second against someone like Vol'jin he just got stomped by Saufrang in like 3 hits, and a random mob blocked all his hits.
There was no betrayal by the horde in the Legion expansion, I know this because I play both factions, giving me a much better perspective on the game, and making me immune to the deceptions spawned on us to keep us at each others throats.....I have high respect for the racial leaders in both factions, I know there can never be a permanent peace in Azeroth but even short cease fires and combining forces to fight an invading force like we have done in the past.
First 3 months of Vanilla servers: Either "I can't wait to relive WoW's glory days!" or "I can't wait to try what every says is WoW's glory days!" After 3 months: "Wow, this is really boring! Where's the story? Where's the memorable reoccurring characters? Why does it take so long to get anywhere? WHERE IS MANKRIK'S WIFE?!" *unsubs and goes back to normal WoW*
the cinematic of Battle for Azeroth is indeed awesome, but the look of that alliance "king" is so damn bradpittish and defenseless it nearly spoils all the epicness
Hey man! Great video! I had the exact same reaction to the cinematic, especially when Sylvanas unleashed her Banshee form and tore through those soldiers. Those rally cries were so epic and amazing. I'm looking forward to follow you through this expansion, keep up the good work!
