It's crazy how a lot of these techniques you're talking about are the same or similar to the ones we use in nail art. Even some of the products are the same lol!

I needed this lol after watching your videos, I've decided to try my hand at doll customizing. Trying to go for a Sylvanas Windrunner look from World of Warcraft and so far been practicing on blank doll heads i got from Amazon. So far I suck but I hope with more practice and patience, ill be like you ^_^

Another good place to get brushes are actually Warhammer/miniature stores- the brushes are super fine and usually a decent quality. Warhammer brand stuff is also pretty accessible at hobby shops.

For spraying MSC with the wind: Yeah, def a good idea! What i do is I first push the button very lightly to give the quickest, smallest spray possible, just to see which way it blows. Then I turn myself into appropriate direction with the wind and actually spray the doll.
I like watching Hextian for his art and doll customizations but that's just me 😁😁😁😁😁😊😊😊😊😊

The mirror reflection is also what hairstyles do because it helps your eye if you look at the image from a distance because sometimes you're too close to it and you get too familiar with it
