I unsubscribed from Vehicle Virgins the other day. I couldn't do it anymore. His overly dramatic click bait videos pissed me off for the last time. I love Hoovie's Garage though, it's exactly what I'm looking for in an automotive TH-cam channel. Plus he's a fellow Kansan so I'm a little bit biased.

Parker isn't particularly well-liked for things he's done in the past, but he was willing to let himself be the butt of your jokes.

Again, I spent half a year clicking "hide" on all VV's videos just to stop seeing Parker forever, and here he is...

Why didn't you just tell TH-cam you weren't interested in videos from his channel? I've only had to do it once each to get rid of channels I don't want clogging up my feed.
I don't have this option. The only options I have is to hide, add to "watch later" and add to the playlist. That's it.
You have to do it from your main TH-cam page (such as where you would find suggested videos). Click the 3 dots icon below the offending channel, select "not interested" and TH-cam will ask you why. You should be able to select "I'm not interest in videos from channel: X" and that's it. It shouldn't recommend them anymore. The 2 channels that forced me to figure this out are Parker's and StreetSpeed717. ALL of my suggested videos were those 2 and I can't stand either of them... It was a dark time. Never seen another of their videos pop up since and that's been about a year ago.
Obviously these are the instruction from a PC. I have no idea how you'd do it on your mobile device or whatever. Plus I'm sure there are other ways to do it too.
Yep, that's what I've been doing: clicking the 3 dots below the icon of the channel/video and click "hide" (my interface is in Russian, so it says "hide"). That didn't prevent the videos from being offered at other times occasionally. So it took a lot of clicking at random VV videos before they disappeared completely from my recommended list.
C'mon man, do a collab with Saabkyle, Regularcars, or that guy who likes warranties. Not this thing.

I don't think that all these dislikes are from people who understand TH-cam algorithms. Seriously, you're hurting the channel in more ways than you could imagine. By the way, could someone explain to me what's up with all the hate on Parker? I'm quite surprised to see so much, and am genuinely interested in understanding what's going on.

I actually think this is one of the best collabs you could think of. Both of you have a good sense of humour. And no matter the age, thats a really good car and its going to age very well.
Hoovie, your videos are amazing and you have made me love and appreciate old Mercedes AMGs more than I already did. I’m 15 and I own an ‘89 e30 325i and I’m saving up for a c36 or a cl55 to hopefully get by the time I’m 17. My dream cars are a factory slant nose Porsche 930 Turbo and an AMG HAMMER. Keep up the awesome videos you’re really making an impact on the new generation it’s awesome❤️

My 1988 560SEL was fast as fuck for a 1988 car! Had tons of technology! Back seats moved 4 ways! Head rests that moved up and down with a button, 3 horns, wipers on the lights, huge sun roof, hill break assist, yellow fog lights , antenna that moves like 4' high with a button and much much more. Cost 80k in 1988!
I'm looking for a 90's AMG and really considering one of these as well as a C55, C43 and CL55. IMO, the best cars ever built.

Also this was not the only hopped up inline six by AMG. There was the 3.4, 3.6L M103 I6; there was the E36 W210 and the E36 W124.

Awesome car. About the the electric cable thingy. Wrap some good fabric tape around the main harness and it will save it for a long time without expensive repair or issues. Very stable workhorses these mercedes from the 90s. Almost any mercedes from the 90s will hold up good with a little bit of maintenance. One of my friends drove a mercedes w124 1995 as a taxi for just about 400 000 miles without any major repairs. After that he sold it to a guy who drove it 40 000 miles more before the transmission kinda started to fail and it was not worth to save the car anymore. So 440 000 miles. Think about that for a minute. =) Anyways, great channel. I like it and just recently found it. =)

the 722.3 4 speeds transmission is bullet proof and amazing. All you need to do to do is rebuild it using stronger parts and valve body from SL600 V12. The 4 speed shifts fast and precise. You will destroy the e36 m3 off the line!
