I think they should only charge you hoa if you use those amenities. I would never use any of it. It's just another way of getting money for nothing. Just build homes. Home prices should be way lower, Hemet is considered one of the worst towns in CA and America. I see no way $400-500k+ homes will sustain value. Homes are nice tho.

I agree sometimes HOA are just a hassle. Unfortunately home prices will be coming down anytime soon. I wish! Need a home at a discount 😅
This guys trying to make a buck … you buy a house out in Riverside (Hemet) for $150,000 and in 10 years it’ll be worth $160,000 “Maybe” !
