I got choked up during your weigh in when you spoke about how Hillary wanted to be there and not her senior prom. What a moment. I can't wait to be cheering for her on a championship sunday! Maybe I'll be a Bass marshal by then (when I retire) and get to be part of it all.

I’m sure this has been said many times before but Roland Martin your father (Ironman) Lol made me take up bass fishing!! Watched everything he ever did on TV!! I never had much of a family growing up and i can’t help but be kind of jealous of your family! I’m sure it was hard with all the traveling Roland did with you growing up but you can tell when he is around you the look in his eyes he is extremely proud of his Boy!! Man the Classic needs to be in either May or even September. A guy just won the class after catching just 12 fish, can't be having the biggest tournament of the year end that way.

You know you ended your last tournament with im going on a vacation and i immediately said wow right before the Classic. Unfinished family business. then i see Canterbury get up on that stage and can barely get a sentence out without choking up because it means so much to him. next year head straight from whatever tournament your leaving and head to the classic and get serious and win the thing.
