I think you forgot to mention that Delica has full steel liners while Salt 2 has no liners. That's why it's so much lighter but also a little bit thicker than Delica.
Sweet video! Ive finally ordered my Salt 2, i really wanted an all black Salt 2 Black, but since its sold out almost everywhere i check here in Europe i ordered the green one (which is LC200N instead of H1). We have a big knives group here in Sweden and EVERYBODY is talking about Delica, but i think Salt 2 should be better in almost every way and im going to show the group ;)

That is awesome to hear about your knives group, you definitely need to show off the Salt 2! I think it is more comfortable than the Delica because it is thicker, and it is more lightweight! Not to be the welllll akshualllyy guy, but DLC/TiCN coatings not only offers zero rust protection, they can also make stainless sleels more prone to rust. Something that's always interested me, are the blades interchangeable between these 2 knives?
I honestly have not tried to swap them, but I they might be!! Then you could have a custom LC200N Delica 👍 I’d have to double check the blade thickness too though

There is a Delica 4 Salt ...not sure when it came to market..but is available today 2023....and available with a fully serrated blade...
Could you swap the blades?
