    I think for newbies, I would recommend at&t or as they say toxic account, it will give you at least an idea of how the BPO industry works, and it will also give you the preparedness in your future job as a CCA or even back-office jobs

    i Wanna ask maam what if you have no experience at all in BPO. I mean is there any training that they can provide?

      Once you pass the interview, you'll undergo a week or two of training including familiarization in their system

    Telco ko. pag umpisa ng shift iniisip ko 2hrs nlang Break na after break iniisip ko 2hrs nalng Lunch na, after Lunch iniisip ko 2hrs nalng break na uli, after last break iniisip ko 2hrs nlang matutulog nako.
