hello po kuya. ask ko lang po if ever na makapasa po ako sa UP pwede po bang ibang course ang ieenroll? like wala po siya sa nilagay niyong choices. and may marketing management course po ba sa UP? heheh
AFAIK, kung ano pong naipasa mong course nung upcat/upca, yun lang pwede mong applyan.

Hi! Free tuition sa UP ngayon since State University s'ya (SUC). If by scholarship, you meant free tuition, then yes, automatic na free tuition. Pero if you meant, stipends, allowances, and other benefits, nope. Kadalasan sa mga ganyang scholarship inapplyan and hindi s'ya automatic binibigay :).
