This is really true. It's the most stressful job i had since i started working (mentally stressful). I am a nurse but ended up working in bpo industry. I am currently saving for my future. I dont spend much for food, clothes, makeup etc. Since day 1 when i started working in a corporate world. I told myself that the only purpose why i have to be in this job bcoz i want to save more to establish my own business. I am planning to leave this industry few years from now and planning to just focus on my business and in the future to become a real estate investor. Yes, this job helped me a lot financially but i am not mentally, spritually, emotionally happy.

This is all about our long term goal in life. there's nothing wrong working in a BPO or a Call Center industry. All depends on us, wether you ended up penny less or well-being. Cuz when were working sometime we're not thinking those things that would make us pre-occupied. Normally we just casually working, eat, paid our montly bills, and of course our vices if there's any. So in general, we have to set our goals or aim at the same time. while were working in this company. When the time comes and you decided to stepdown in this career you have an alternative way to sustain living. Perhaps run a small family business, or being a freelance and self-employed individual. Hence, comprehensive outcome of our future will define us what we're currently now.

Really true! I'm actually applying for a call center agent position, first because I want to further enhance my speaking skill and how to handle objections. Showing empathy amidst all the emotion you're feeling is really hard, and I know it's hard but I still want to learn how to handle objections (serves as a training ground). Second, is the income. I need money to invest in my skills because surely I can't use my time (if I'd be hired). So far, that's what I'm planning, and your videos are helping me a lot in my interviews.

This is all on point. Sobrang dali sabihin ng mga non-call center agents saatin na sa work natin, wag tayo papaapekto sa sasabihin ng customers natin. Di lang nila alam na we are trying pero it does not mean na di tayo maaapektuhan at di yan magssink in sa isip natin.
I am working in a American Healthcare account ever since I started in the industry. Since last year I am taking calls from providers (aka doctors, nurses or medical professionals) and not from members or subscribers (aka patients ) anymore. Now I am recovering slowly from my mental health issues caused by taking phone calls for patients themselves.
I am extremely grateful with my job and satisfied now unlike before
Still mas maganda padin na hindi lang yung call center job natin ang source ng income. Just a tip I learned from my mom as well hehe

I agree with you Candice when you say "Invest in yourself." I've been in the retail industry for more than 10years and damn I don't have any savings after quitting that job. But gladly I've been given the chance to work in BPO industry recently, what I did was to create an Emergency Fund aside from separate personal savings right after receiving my first salary. I know it's been a long process to build these personal plans for myself and my family since we're not getting any younger and other factors that may come in, but learning from our past experience made us realize what we need to prioritize in order for us to live somehow simpler and comfortably. Time is like money, we have to be diligent and invest more in what really matters to us.

As a family man, iniisip ko kung ngayon single ako yan ang una kong gagawin. Sana ma-realize ng karamihan ngayon, lalo na sa mga wala pang pamilya na mag-invest sa future habang wala pang pananagutan. QUestion though, how did you become so good at speaking English? How long was your journey to reach the fluency you have right now? Imma check your videos if there's any tips you shared.

I did not expected those words from you. I thought this channel is all about knowledge on how to be a good call center agent, but no, It is how to live in a world that change drastically. It's true ^_^ all things that you've mentioned is true ^_^ . Honestly, 3/4 of my salary in the BPO industry automatically goes to cryptocurrency/stocks investment as a reward to myself ^_^ .
