AHC EM1 Restoration Project // The Makeover | Racing Hart C2 Wheel & Break-In Progress (Ep 22)

- In this episode of this series, our team will be installing a new setup of wheels to give it the Original early 2000's look. A freshly refinished Racing Hart C2 and Michelin Pilot Sport Tires along installing Hardrace extended lower ball joint and front camber arm to dial-in our suspension. Swapping out the engine break-in oil for the Honda conventional engine oil and filter. A new set of OEM Grey Floor Mat and Fog Light Switch to finish off our project.

Love the restoration and awesome job! I bought the tyrannosaur shifter upgrade from your site along with hybrid racing shifter and man what a nigh and day difference, slop is 💯 percent gone and shifts are much tighter and precise and no more missed shifts!

30's but yeah heading to my 40's I had a set of 17's C2 on my 94 Civic Eg and it was Red to it had LsVtec built head when I saw him pull out the wheels brought back my Teenage years great memories.

I remember when a homie of mine back in 2000 bought the new Civic Si coupe, his was electron blue. and that car was fast for what it was at the time. I learned how to drive stick on that car. Damn the memories. lol back when hondas were Actual Hondas and none of that Ev/hybrid shit.

I think the RH C2's were the cherry on top of this beautiful build , I had a new set on my CB7 Still my favorite wheels, I didn't lower it since NY roads are so terrible. One of my biggest regrets was letting that car and the wheels go in 2007. i bought a 1yr old CM7 which I still have to this day and she is now my sunny day garage queen

The C2s are so period correct and remain a beautiful wheel. The Regas make the car look dirty with that beautiful red paint.
All the wheels look nice but the C2 nobody can't compete I had a set of C2 in a eg and it was red it brought great memories in my Teenage years 😁😁beautiful car

The Racing Harts are literally the icing on the cake for this one. I ran 17's on my Em1 until about 2011..in the late 90s 17's was the look on these cars IMO so it's no surprise it looks right at home...perfection. Put those Regas on something else, lol.

Thank you. We had to do quite a bit of adjustments between the height and cambers to make it right. Lots of work but certainly worth it

Hi to the AHC TH-cam community! I'm wondering ... 195/50/R15 and 15X6.5 Enkei J10, will it have flat tire profile or kind of curved tire profile with my wheels mounted?
That's a great width and tire size
Should be pretty flat, not bulging at all. I run 195/50 on my stock Integra GSR 15x6 wheels.
Any reason you went with all season tires and not something like the pilot?
The option is very limited on our tire size and they should offer a nice comfort ride as well.

Not necessary on these cars. Twist key to start right up, no problem. 378,000 miles all original drivetrain on my GSR, and I’ve never waited for any lights to turn off before cranking the engine.
