Your tutorials are so good! No assumption that we know what step should be done. I appreciate you telling us when we need to iron or press and being so thorough. Makes sewing so much more approachable

Super easy tutorial to follow as a beginner - I just needed to use my normal machine with an zig zag stitch instead of an overlocker. I also added the pockets from the free pockets pattern :)

Does the fabric need to be stretch jersey or can it be woven cotton for example?

The tutorial is great and the pants look so good but sadly i was a little bit shocked by the price of the pattern. 19€ is pretty expensive :(

These are so nice! Can you please share the stitch length and width settings? I'm a beginner so this information really helps!! Also, what stitch would you recommend to hem the raw edges if I don't have an overlock machine? Thank you!

I already sewed 4 or 5 of her patterns and usually the stitch length is always 2.5 😊 for the hem you can use a zig zag stitch to prevent the fabric from fraying

stitch length is around 2.5 and width at 0 so the needle is in the middle :) I posted a reel not too long ago on Instagram where I show how to overlock your raw edges with your normal sewing machine

Hi Ann Sophie thank you so much for another great tutorial. It was so helpful to see how you get that perfect stripe alignment, not just for this project, but for future projects. Would it also work to sew on the waistband before inserting the elastic? so, sew the waistband onto the pants leaving a gap, then press the seams, overlock them, insert the elastic, then close up the waistband? Or would that not work for some reason? I can’t wait to make these! I just made your tiered skirt in a gorgeous Carmine red linen and it’s so beautiful.
