I was there, 30th birthday for XH558, the Vulcan Association had an enclosure and a party after the show with a 1960's tribute band, Roly Falk's widow was also there. In the good old (and IMHO better) days when the RAF was flying her instead of Vulcan to the Sky
1990 you say? I might well have been there in person, i remember taking in the flash paint example very well. Great airshow back in the day, sadly the Vulcans are grounded and Woodford is gone 😔🇬🇧🇺🇦
Spectacular machine, in the 60's they were common sight in Lincolnshire in white livery flying in three's, with the 'quick start' facility they were wheels off in under two minutes from cold although it was many years ago I remember the sight of them climbing out. Even the Hillman Husky crew car had an engine pre heater for a quick start.
A Vulcan display in the Canadian International Airshow was the single loudest man made noise I've ever experienced.

Gone but definitely not forgotten.
Climbs like a homesick angel!

Checkout the 4 Vulcan scramble video on my channel of exactly that!
What a superb 'plane - thankfully it never carried out it's primary role.
