Firelords buffs already showing it's teeth! It's cool to see Firelord not just being an All in Hero. I think it was smart of them to buff Firelord because, Firelord was already pretty popular just not for a sustainable hero. Now Firelord is viable in a very normal matchup.
The UI is so nice for the competitive match. We can see all the building timings, upgrades and items on heroes. Who ever made this UI did an amazing job!
As always a master class in what we're watching. One addition on Hammerfall when happy went in. Moon never panicked at the golem camp. Finished it while his expo was getting ghouled and was rewarded with level 3 demon, minus 100 mana burn which was obviously an extra nail in the UD coffin. 20 years in and he's still innovating 🌝🔥
Grubby as always eager to showcase the games where Happy lost an important match :D. even if that was Soak with human, I bet we would still see this one here.
Great analysis. I now realise that I never thought about the game deeply enough, when I was playing it in the early 2000s. I never thought when an expo would start to pay off, or what the best time to attack was against certain builds. I pretty much just did fast expo on maps where some pros did it, or when I had nothing better to do, lol. I guess that's why I was an eternal noob, it was fun nonetheless.
I used to play a lot of KOTG , Firelord second double tree of protection huntress hall rush , and i have won so many games with such a troll build . Must try it again
The fight in game 3 was insane on the 9:30 timing at 20:57. Neither of them lost a single unit for the first minute of the fight. And as soon as Moon started killing units it seemed like he didn't mind his units dying as well. Just an interesting observation. I guess he decided that trading was alright here?
You were right the first time -- lava spawns can only split twice, for a max of 4 lava bois per cast. Cool cast, nice to see Moon getting a chance to play with something new!
@@КристинаВласенко-ц8щ Yeah, that's the idea -- would be cool if it worked, but I've tried it and they just stop splitting after 2 splits no matter how many attacks you get in. There must be a split counter coded in on them that prevents them from splitting too many times

Hey Grubby! if you ever want to cast over the other caster, you can use sidechain compression on the audio which can quiet the game volume (including commentator) whenever you are speaking allowing you to have the original audio, but completely cutting out the distractions when you are commentating! :) Ofcourse performing this well would take a time investment and may not work for all casts, but just an idea for your team to consider
It doesn’t have to completely silence the normal audio stream when he talks over it, it can be just lowered to any desired level of his choosing… and settings can be adjusted so it happens in a split second or a bit longer, etc. Compression in General is what’s need on lots of audio and streamers… quite curious how many streamer/content creators don’t use basic audio engineering tools isn’t it?

This win was just luck and because happy did very stupid stuff. Happy will never lose as long as some devs with specks of brain start to nerf this shitty race undead.
to balance nightelf they really need to change how wisps get lumber its so fucken broken that you just leave a wisp on a random tree anywhere and the tree never goes away. Nightelfs never have to think about lumber ever and they get to never worry about creeping either (using buildings), which is why they are so busted compared to the other races. they need to make it so when a building decides to move that it should cost lumber for each step it takes. and they need to change how wisps farm lumber. the trees should disappear eventually forcing the NE player to actually use his APM and brain to think about his lumber game insted of just set it and forget it. there games fixed
The problem with Night Elf is their moonwells negating any hero damage taken during skirmishes while also replenishing mana, not their damn wisps or ancients tanking creeps.

High armor on heroes favors NE, it saves moon juice. Another reason to go agi over str.

Firelord used to be almost only good for tower rushes; now it actually seems pretty good more generally.
