    Vieles ist schon gutes über Roman geschrieben worden und langsam gehen die Superlative aus.
    Ich brauch auch an schlechten Tagen nur in sein unfassbar gutes Training reinschauen und SOFORT ist alles Negative wie verflogen.. und das nächste Training kann kommen. Dafür mehr als danke.

    I already can't wait to train arms again since I have a little injury on my elbow, but know I just want to hit arms so badly...gotta love Roman, he always throws some advice and little tipps so thank you for the nice vid. 😆👍

      What type of injury do you have ? I have a slight tendonitis and after stopping lifting for 3 weeks i realised how much lifting was a huge part of my life :,( i understand what you mean man

      Just a little bit inflamed, massaging that elbow part and keep it warm for better blood stream should do it 👌

    I could be wrong, but don't upright rows hit traps instead of the front delt? Nevertheless, great video as always, already hyped for the next video of Roman!

      Yeah depending on how strict you are able to make the movement it generally always involves both.

      It's depends on your grip. The wider grip targets the delts, a narrower grip will move onto the traps.

    roman is one of my fave bodybuilders but it does seem as tho he s completely dependent on the supplements he takes sometimes

      Dependent? No. He takes the products he likes because he knows they work. He'd do the same thing if he didn't have them, but he has them so he uses them and they help him recover.
