Damn I havent seen this since Sumeru first came out years ago. As an Arab I loved seeing them use actual Arab instruments for the music. Sumeru is the Arabian region of Genshin thats based mainly on Egypt (it has a forest and an Egyptian desert). I always love seeing how they try to stay authentic with the music and culture every time a new region comes out. They did the same for Fontaine and used water based instruments since it's a water based region.
I just want to point out that the second piece of music (the battle theme) is actually a conversation between Indian music and Middle-East music. It starts of as a competition (a duel if you like), and then they talk, again go back to competing and so on. it's just so fun to listen to.
I really don't miss exploring Sumeru, especially the desert. This is coming from a guy with 100% on every region/areas except Natlan. I had to explore that region when there was still no multi layer map feature. I got lost multiple times because of Deshret's bs civilization. Add to that the Aranara being so many made them annoying to find and keep track which one I found already. I searched for 3+ hours for the last 2 Aranara that I had to retrace my steps.
Please reaction GOAT by Number_i. Number_i is one of the most popular groups in japan. Their dance is amazing and dope rap. They performed at Coachella collaborated with JACKSON WANG in April of this year. If you post a reaction video of them, I'll definitely watch it. thank you.
thanks for sharing! Have you considered reacting to the Honkai Star Rail trailers? (from the same company that makes Genshin), I think you might like it (including musically)

I believe the instrument you asked at 3:20 is a bassoon. They have such a soft and mysterios woodwind sound that works here so well 😊
