All Titans have a switch on the brake pedal that reports back to the computer. If it senses the accelerator and brake being depressed at the same time it limits the throttle body. If you research on the Titan forums you will be instructed on how to add a simple switch to turn that feature off when needed. DO NOT unhook the switch as you will shut down multiple systems like ABS and traction assist. These systems keep the truck on the road in emergency scenarios. NEXT, buy a tuner. It can/will deactivate the computer from holding back the throttle body and it to go into WOT (wide open throttle). Then the amazing power of the V56 will be unleashed. Good luck.
Titan forum is a good resource. The titan was such an underrated truck. But it had a few issues, and you can pretty much find those issues on the forum. The two main ones are the diff seals and the headers cracking.@@NeilMellott
I assume this has Cats? It sounds like mine, but quieter... I have the same muffler, but no cats... Could also be you still got the limiter the top comment mentions.

Thank you very much. I thought the truck seemed very weak. I’m not much for forums, due to all the squid activities. But I will look into that

how much of a lift did you need to put on 35s? been thinking about lifting mine 3"
I would recommend at least a 5" lift for best looks and clearance
6 inch lift
