I just stumbled apon your channel and the way you express yourself through clothes and interior design is so inspiring! How long did it take to get your room to a point where you were satisfied with all the art and treasures you've accumulated? My room feels so empty now but I don't want to fill it with things that don't mean anything to me
Hi this is so so sweet omg!!!! Well tbh I’ve collected “treasures” my whole life and things in my room are constantly shifting and moving and coming in and out of display! You can fill your room with things that don’t mean anything if you like them :-) that’s enough reason to keep things around - is if you think they’re cool! I guess my advice is just ... collect things you like, print photos you like and stick em on your wall, put up your fav treasures in little displays ! Just do what feels natural and it’s ok to change it around (I constantly change my environment and decors) so don’t be afraid to fiddle with it until you find a configuration you enjoy ! And buy things from the thrift store ! It will save u so much money
It looks so cool! Possibly dumb question, but how do you tend to hang up your art? Do you just use push pins or is there something else you use to hang them up? It looks so nice and neat!
StarBlazer124 hi! Thanks for asking it’s not dumb :-) if it is a heavy piece I use push pins, mostly tho I use masking tape on the back (the green one and the beige one both work well) , and clear scotch tape on the front if any edges curl up :-)
