Awesome! Can't wait to watch your builds! I just recently got the nexa razorback as well! Got other projects, so my build for this won't be started for a little while.
Awesome gonna start my build this week, now that I’m done with F100d, the hanger 9 P47 model I was referring to in video was the one that’s pnp that one the cowl is round the older discontinued one was amazing! 👍🏼
I have pretty much the same set up on my nexa p47b. Easy to assemble and flys good but it has a nasty 1.5 spin coming out of a stall just have to keep speed up on approach to land
VQ model p47 touch of texes is exactly the same I've got one nice bird sill in building process but I hoped you didn't buy there retract with the plastic v on the shocker they are not very good buy all aluminium shocker heavy duty I seen a video were this was building the p47 from VQ not touch of texes the blue flag on it good advice cheers like your videos thanks Rick
After watching your video you have got there recommend retract sorry to say but they are no and cost $200 aus for them I watch a video biuld VQ p47 and the landed perfectly but the pin snap off and another of his video was on these retract they were so wobbly and would not track straight anyway good luck with them let me know how you get on with them cheers Rick
VQ models are the same as Nexa, just different brand name for different areas of the world. All .ade at the same factory. I've the VQ P40 with a YS91fs supercharged, and the Monaro trainer, with ASP91FS. Both fly great, good build quality from the price point. Still gotta look everything over. Good kits to use as a base to complete to your own liking. On my P40 I used Eflight retracts 95°rotating with allos off of allyexpress and robart wheels.
I copied your retracts as much as possable. ( some wernt in stock ) my stock retracts twisted like yours. Worst part was cutting wheel holes slightly larger. Dont remember why lol
I also copied the VQ retract after watching the other fellow with VQ retract problem and got the right measurements did my internet shopping and the drop straight in and stronger 💪 at half the cost cheers Rick
Looks like Nexa did a nice job. I have often wondered how nice their kits are , looks like you have a winner. Can't wait to see these finished. Thanks
John and Lewis both look great, razor back fan here 😊. Looking forward to seeing you all maiden both. Jeff in LA USA
