This is exactly what I was looking for before moving to Canada. Such great information in a single podcast! I got all the answers to my questions that I was thinking of asking a specialist. I am very thankful from the bottom of my heart to both of you. I have no words to explain my positive feelings for you.

Behroz, this was an amazing and very informative Q&A session. I would urge to invite M. Razzak for another session in the near future.
Another recommendation would be to invite specialist in real estate and insurance fields so common people can benefit from their expert adivise.

In one of your videos you mentioned that you are operating some e-commerce business in Canada. Just wanted to know how you are operating that business: Sole Proprietor, Partnership or Incorporation ??

Thanks for asking it’s a sole proprietorship

@@NorthAmerican-Desi I am going to start E-commerce company. What factors i should consider to select type of company, i know that i can get tax benefits in case of sole proprietorship but if i want to flip the business in future, will that be a good option?

Great Podcast. I bought a property in Pakistan on installments well before moving to Canada. Total cost of property is 18 Million Pak Rs and that was in 2019 (Last Installment). I filed my first canadian tax return in 2024. Do i need to show that property as converting to CAD in 2024 it would be less than 100,000 CAD.

If it’s less than 100k Cad as per current market value then no need to declare..

@@NorthAmerican-Desi in video he said cost and not value ?

@anonymousgeneious8085 I can revisit that part again.. but I am sure it’s the value of the asset when you move.
