What is your preference, Commercial or Residential property?
@@TheSajHussain currently in residential but actively looking at commercial as far fewer headaches and not as active a strategy as short term lets and flipping. Think the current direction of travel in residential is towards more and more headache.
I’m an estate agent in London. I anticipated this because the rental sector is quite lucrative, and while not many people can afford to buy, many can afford to rent.
Years ago, banks used to sell properties, and there were no estate agencies. They provided all services under one umbrella. It’s important to remember that many financial institutions are owned by the 12 families (do your research on this). As a result, they have significant control over people's largest assets and much more.
Thank you Saj this interview was very informative, Ajmal was great sharing his story, business acumen and insights! ive been in the btl business for 12 years and cannot see any incentives to carry on with tax burdens getting worse! I can see corporations taking over the private rental industry as well. Landlords/Landladys will become extinct and the tax gov get off us will reduce, that will not go in their favour & will regret this strategy as we all know what the corporates do to not pay tax!

Im the chap you dont think exists - i dont like cheese nor the tomato base...so i dont like pizza. Love the dough so if you want me to have an option be sure to offer pizza based garlic bread without cheese! If that's not on the menu there's nothing for me! Yes I'm fussy! All that being said generally your point stands and shrewd decision.
Brilliant advice in regard to business. I really liked the point on USP and the guest was awesome. Would definitely love to see more of business related videos/content.
