I need to try this. I don't eat enough fish, and cod and haddock are some of my favorites. I'm not a fan of tilapia, but unfortunately it's the easiest to find. Hopefully I can find a nice big piece of cod like this one. Fish sandwich sounds great! Thanks Darnell!

I'm trying this tonight but my fish is thawed yesterday so maybe cut the time to half is a good stating point and if necessary let it cook for another five min, I'll let you know how it turned out Wave.

I like that at 375 degrees F, you don't need to flip it. I've often ended up with a mess of "pieces" trying to do that, but at a higher temperature in the standard oven.
