Bro, since the new exhaust system is much heavier, can I fit the older model's exhaust with the older belly panel on this one to reduce weight? Is the new model a bit lower in top speed because of increase in weight? A reply would be very helpful. Thanks :)

Vignesh Kamath Could you share your feedback about the seating position. I am considering to buy a RC390 or used Ninja 300. But tech stuff in RC390 appeals me more. On another thought, I am also considering a used Ninja650r or a Hyosung GT650r but they have service issue and I'm not sure if I should go for a half litre bike!

I have one question about the bike front oil seals, recently ktm had provided new red colored oil seals for their new bikes in 2017 but I've been noticing that some of the new bikes still have those black colored oil seals and some are having new red colored oil seals. Why kTM is doing this, can you please provide some info about this.

+Manish Barua its digitally locked ECU AKA immobiliser which prevents the bike from being started or used while in transit, from the loading bay of the plant to the dealerships. After the bikes are unloaded. Using the KTM diagnostic tool we can unlock the transport locks sequentially only possible at KTM dealer workshops.

+Kausar Ayub Hi the engine heat was addressed way back in MY14 editions. So since then there is absolutely no engine heating issues reported. Well in some cases amateur riders faced these problems while riding in a very lower gears at slow speeds for a very long durations of time. Specially in heavy traffic conditions like in metros. But ignorable nothing to worry at all

Even the most experienced rider can not suggest you what bike you should get. Because motorcycle is an extension of an individuals personality. Which is way way different from one persons to other. It's all personal preference and choices in terms of riding style and usage. I would always say this to people who ask me. Go for the bike that gives you the feeling of love at the first sight in terms of looks and performance. Just don't bother about others suggestions. You are riding it and the bike should give you an awesome Happy and pride every time you start it and it's for you to enjoy. Thanks dude here is my take.
