For Marination

Chicken - 1 kg
Salt
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 ½ tbsp.
Blended masala Ingredients:

Cardamom - 3
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cloves - 5
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Stone flower - 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Almonds - 20.
Dry red chillies - 9
Bay leaves - 2
Saute them in a pan on low flame
Let it cool & Blend into fine powder
Preparation of Chicken Gravy

Oil - 3 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Chopped onions - 200gms
Marinated Chicken
Curry leaves - 1 cup
Chopped tomatoes - 1 cup
Blended masala
Water - 200ml
Coriander leaves - 1 cup

Since decades, i am a great fan of "Kadai Chicken" that's made by Papaji ka Dhaba AKA Sagar Papaji ka Dhaba at Abids. I tried the same dish at various restaurants within Hyderabad but no one could reach near papaji ka Dhaba style of making it. The gravy is so rich and flavorful. Pls do crack it for us !
