Hi I bought 1.8t engine, the seller claim that engine is AUQ Refurbished one.. The engine actually has no code and where its suppose to show the code is plan! but it came with paper tag shows 06A100041G.. can you please help to identify the engine code?
the answer is to look to the thermostat outlet is it 90 degree from block and goes down into direction of servoreservoir -you have an internal waterpump,if you got an outlet which is 45 degree from bloch with outlet showing to direction to the oilfilter ,you have an external waterpump
