The opening scene of the trailer reminds me of the Jhen/Dah'ren Mohran hunt
It would be a straight up CRIME for them to give us a desert setting and to NOT at least give us a Mohran-like monster. Idc if they don’t bring the old ones back but at least replace em with a new one 😭😭

Triggering a unique block animation when blocking a bite with GS is so good
I really hope that's not the only unique animation. Seeing a lance or gl stop a Diablos charge or maybe something like that for each weapon would be SICK
From what I understand every weapon gets to do it. So imagine a Switch Ace doing it and Zero Sum Discharging a monster right in its face, or a gunlance doing wyvern’s fire
I hope they make it a helm breaker move for the longsword, instead of blocking you dodge and just helm break it's spine
From what I've heard about LS is sounds like there's going to be more focus on combos rather than singular big moves. So maybe it'll be some sorta multi-hit combo with a clean finisher move

Something I notice nobody has mention is that you fight 3 of the same monster at the same time, like attacking you in group. That looks so dope. My hype its at his peak.

The sandstorm mechanic is also interesting. Hoping a weather system that can affect certain monster's behavior

The game looks absolutely stunning and the environment looks so alive. The hunter switched weapons, used a clutch claw to deliver an attack, did a GS move from Frontier and also the hunter did what seems like a wirefall except it's not the wirebug but the new raptor that picked up the hunter.

Fun fact: every MH title has had monster heads appear on them according to the number of series. For example, MH4 had 4 heads, MHW had 5, now MHWilds has 6!

@@double_slime Rise's logo is literally Ibushi and Narwa's heads though. They don't keep the numbering going, I guess, but the heads are there.
I think it's for titles that signify a new generation or something. That's why rise doesn't continue the numbering

Looked deeper into this, new changes I noticed was the clutch claw now being able to grab things off the ground for us to load the slinger and the clutch claw now being able to be comboed with gs to yank us toward the monster after a perfectly timed move ima just call guard counter for now which then follows up with a powerful slam with the gs and this monster seems like it has a move where it attempts to eat the player but the gs and likely other heavy weapons can tank and block this allowing other hunters to hit the monster to make sure it doesn’t devour the player. This definitely has caught my eye now more so then ever and I love it

I just noticed the symbol logo behind the title letters shows two "Serpentine" monsters. One Rising in white and one going under in black.
Dhalamadur skeleton new elder dragons, black dragons or new anomaly confirmed.
Name a single time the mainline logo has ever referred to the title monster. 6 is just a serpentine looking number so the 6 heads are stylized like snakes. Mhw logo doesn't look anything like nergi mh4u logo doesn't look anything like shagaru. Only the portable games do the logo monsters like sunbreak rise and GU

So the logo seems to be some kind of serpent that hunts in a pack of smaller simular creatures that live above ground, 2nd trailer appeared to show below ground areas, so maybe thats where the black sister snake hangs out. Kind of looks like the gold snake has a fire symbol by its tail so possibility a fire/ice motif.

Doshaguma is the new fanged beast bear monster and chatacabra for the amphibian
Everybody is understandably excited about the new stuff but I don't see anyone talking about how changing the SFX of the HBG buffed it. That crispy Insurgency level of metallic clicking per shot makes me wanna main the damn thing. Also the thing fires in 3-round bursts while mounted and that very technical looking Wyvernfire was awesome. If that's a Wyvern Ammo replacer, I'm not complaining.
What's a better time to pick it up than on Wilds? Unless of course the other weapons are on another plane of existence.

If I remember right, that's what wyvern shot was supposed to be. I agree that it would be really cool to see a whole weapon based around that.
@@KingArthur-hx8sv with fire types, wide(flamethrower type), cannon(fireball type) and beam(like beam shot). With stone cannonballs as neutral and standard that travels in arcs instead of straight line.
Rathalos can easily be fireball type. Plesioth beam type, Kirin a flamethrower type.

Monster Hunter Wilds was one of the most Biggest games to expect from today's State of Play, that game looks so awesome, I like the World is like Sand Land and love those character designs, Monster Hunter Wilds is going to be wild! 🐉🔥
I am disturbed that the palico is speaking english. They usually just make cat noises. I know they talk but i assumed they has their own palico language
I wonder if they allowed armor/deco change/swap as well, because you typically can't benefit from melee weapons decorations/armor skill when switching to ranged weapons.
Even between melee and ranged weapon itself can have various armor set skills/decorations depending on the play style.

I really hope aerial dual blades are implemented somehow. It was my favorite combat style in rise, I found it much more fun than the standard dual blade combat. Trying to play world for the first time using dual blades after playing rise made me so bummed at the lack of flying around blades swinging.

Its so cool the new movements from the bowguns and long sword are dope and that you can ride your mount while fighting and fire shots so cool. I am amazed at the scene where defending from a monster bite the sword is interacting with that monster it is really jamming it in against the teeth

Finally! We get a mammal large monster asides from Rajang. Hope they add in more large monsters of diff types like crustaceans, insectoids etc. MH World had too many reptiles for large monsters with not much room for diversity.
