A lot of memories for me here. Lucky enough to have been well into the Fisherfield on five occasions but it’s beyond me now. Video brings back so many memories.
Again thank you Scott for taking me along on your journey and bringing back more memories. Amongst my favourite was crossing the causeway at Dubh loch. ATB 👌
Hi Scott, part 2 has really cheered me up following the hernia surgery on Wednesday. Obviously still sore in the nether regions but a beneficial outcome is the constant backache I've lived with has gone. It means I will almost certainly be able to get some miles in the hills. We stayed in a cottage at Inverlael thirty five years ago. It's a wonderful area. Can't wait for next week. Thanks again mate. You're an inspiration.
Absolutely amazing so far, going to watch all your videos. The views are amazing. Also got a notepad. Vaseline for the feet. Trying to see what shows you have on....
I have a pair of mud claws. Would have walked that far in them having a thin sole. X talon would probably suit me more but it's always interesting to know what people are comfy with. Seal skin socks ?
@garethtowers mudclaws were overkill from the Great Glen South to the end. I would have happily and more comfortably walked in pegasus trails, given the dry conditions
Excellent stuff Scott, i was just in Fisherfield a couple of months ago, i actually came down the stalkers path by Loch Beinn Dearg. Looking forward to part 3 mate..cheers Stevie

My favourite memory of Fisherfield was a mild day in March, no wind even on the tops and snow on the summits. Stunning
WOW such stunning views, thank you for your videos down to Land's End
You're very welcome Andy, still a W.I.P. but will get there...
That brought back memory's as I walked Carnmore, came in from Poolewe for A'Mhaigdean, to Sheneval in July. Beautiful walk.
Loving the videos
