Good explanation! Just bought a bow and I haven't shot it yet. Trying to learn the right form first. This helped!

Very true on the straight line. The mind craves symmetry & can tell when something doesn't look or in this case feel right. We r all better off when we r relaxed. Not being relaxed just leads to target panic & none of us need to go down that path.

Good stuff! Totally agree that by using more back muscle you lessen the chances of shoulder injury. Though hunting situations do tend to bring about bad form because the need of being “sneaky “. I’m guilty! Lol.

That's very nice draw style. My problem is why my bow hand shoulder twist inside when I draw the bow. Please help me.

hmm. I'd say depends on how you're drawing the bow. Some folks I've seen that have that hand and the shoulder inside usually are afraid of the bow coming loose on their grip or too high a draw weight or not standing straight up when drawing back? Hard to say without seeing as everyone is different.

@@ryankohatsu8836 i draw standing straight. I think I pull more weight then. Because my elbow and the shoulder turn inside and when I come to relax then I turn back to normal and shoot. The problem is after few rounds my shoulder tends to hurt.
