Hey MURPHYS DIESEL!, at 4:40, when you were opening up the cabinet door, you should had an inflatable doll come out (pop out), and you could have said; Emergency use for HOV Lanes!!👍👍✌️🤔🤔
What an absolutely beautiful wrecker, That is also, a complete thoroughbred of a work-horse 🐎 that doesn’t quit. That just doesn’t stop. You have out-done yourself Rick. Truly, You have.
What an awesome truck!!! Very interesting walk around . Got to see parts we normally wouldn't see. Can't wait to see all the new " bells & whistles " & the truck on the job! Congratulations MURPHY'S DIESEL!! BE SAFE
What a beautiful Wrecker!!! Thanks for the tour get to see things we normally don't as far as equipment goes, can't wait to see it in action. Stay safe Wrecker Rick You Classy Cat you.See you on the next one.
Love the new truck Miller is one of the best in what they do! Can't wait to see this beast in action love all your videos great job and congrats on the new addition! KEEP IT CLASSY MURPHYS 👌
Ron Pratt at Midwest towing has a 50 ton and has said he would like to add a 75 ton in the future. Gentry and Sons has a friend (S H Tube) that could make your truck really shine with custom stainless accessories, grill, shifter and trim. Really like the 75 ton, looks like it can do a lot. Just don't scratch her up.
What a beautiful rig. I love that you will outfit it yourself. Who knows better at what you use and what brand you like. Can’t wait to see this baby in action. Good luck with it and stay safe out there.
why did the inverter plug..... look like a male cord end same as the block heater? i thought one was to charge the truck and one for block heater? That truck is a masterpiece sir amazing!
Nice rig man!! My question is if I need endorsement to start a towing trucks company to be ready on all trucks or you just don’t need it because you are only doing a tow service?
Very nice looking piece of machinery Only option I would of added would of been a Wilbert Light Tower I know they are expensive but a very nice added tool when working in the dark Be safe out there Murphy's Crew !
Two questions. The drag winch placement is interesting? Is there a reason it is not on top of the SDU? Did you think about putting a boom cradle on it?
When I commented, that I want to get on the crews that go out to the wrecks, I meant in my town of ABQ NM. Like maybe you can be on call a few days a week so you can still work a full time job. Now that I am thinking about it, you might have to already work for the wrecker company in a different capacity (mechanic, helper, etc) to be considered to go out on the big highway wrecks.
Hi RICK she is fantastic piece of kit, the other truckyou looked at the factory had the most awesome ARSE END rounded back end. Both mighty amazing trucks. Safe towing and happy 2023 you all. Cheers. Im from northern ireland.
Sweet wrecker brother can’t wait to see it put to work when is the 100 ton wrecker going to arrive? You’ll have AZ covered then. Great job love your channel.
That truck is bad ass my friend. I run a 30 ton Pete with a Vulcan body on it part time and I’m pretty much addicted to towing now. Do you guys use wheel lifts on your tail board ? The guy I do work for has them on all the trucks and I love them, except when I have to take them off to use the forks because they weigh like 900 lbs.
Could you give a run down on the color code on the controls, is there an industry standard for the functions/colors or is it by mfg. discretion. Are they the same between rigs or they each a learning curve, close to the same but different?
How does it ride going down the road with twin steers ? In the video with you driving it home it looked like it was shaking your arm pretty good. Are those steering axles 12,000 or 17,000 lbs. Nice looking setup.
That is a nice looking rig. You better put that to work right away. I used to tow with my dad 30-35 years ago and the technology has come along ways. What will you charge when you use it? 1000 an hour ?
kinda funny how similar of a setup this is to the tower rigs at my firestation. we have a 94 foot ladder extension engine at the station and it looks quite similar except for the fact that it's a cab over
Hey Rick !!! Hope 2023 is a good year for ALL of you ""Recovery Crews"" ??? Does that have a 565HP or 605 HP "" Cummins "" & 18 speed tranny ?? 🤔🙃😊👍👍👍👍👍
Hey MURPHYS DIESEL!, at 4:40, when you were opening up the cabinet door, you should had an inflatable doll come out (pop out), and you could have said; Emergency use for HOV Lanes!!👍👍✌️🤔🤔
It's amazing how far wreckers have come over the years, that thing is unbelievably nice. 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Price has gone up a little since the Holmes 650 though.....
What an absolutely beautiful wrecker, That is also, a complete thoroughbred of a work-horse 🐎 that doesn’t quit. That just doesn’t stop. You have out-done yourself Rick. Truly, You have.
That 10/75 will make the money you spent on it In probably 2 years. The way you guys work probably a year!! Nice rig!!

There is one in my area and it was on display, it picked up a 3 axle dump truck totally off the ground, very impressive.

Amazing equipment if used by a skilled operator (AKA Wrecker Rick) I bet you can make it walk and talk! Congrats proof of hard work and commitment
Those hydraulic ram are huge..the truck probably carries as much hydraulic fluid as it does fuel
That wrecker is sweet! I want to figure out how to get on one of the crews that go out to wrecks.
When I commented, that I want to get on the crews that go out to the wrecks, I meant in my town of ABQ NM. Like maybe you can be on call a few days a week so you can still work a full time job. The technology on these new trucks is amazing. I can't wait to see once it is all outfitted
hell ya we in wisconsin love our spotted cow ... its illegal to sell other than in wisconsin

That is one sharp looking HAPPY HOOKER . $1000.00 to just turn key then is so much per hrs. Plus miles.
Looking forward to seeing all the stuff your going to do to it and really excited to see it when you have in action it will be amazing great job
This was another awesome video thank you for the tour of your truck
Nice rig 👍
That truck is badass.
Thanks John, sounds like a handy setup, yes we do, we use them on pushers a lot.
Could you give a run down on the color code on the controls, is there an industry standard for the functions/colors or is it by mfg. discretion. Are they the same between rigs or they each a learning curve, close to the same but different?
This is Millers standard. We plan to do a video with more in depth explanation of colors in the future. Stay tuned!
How does it ride going down the road with twin steers ? In the video with you driving it home it looked like it was shaking your arm pretty good. Are those steering axles 12,000 or 17,000 lbs. Nice looking setup.
Thanks Scott, it rides a little stiff, I have a twin steer Pete also it rides the same way, specially on Colorado and Arizona roads. 20k’s
Classy looking truck!! Congrats!!
I operated one just like this for a few years. A roofing company owned it to get stuff up on the buildings
That is a nice looking rig. You better put that to work right away. I used to tow with my dad 30-35 years ago and the technology has come along ways. What will you charge when you use it? 1000 an hour ?
Thanks mike, we have many different rates we have to abide by per law enforcement contracts, stand by for a vlog on this topic
How long is the main boom fully extended? Are you able to use that out and do a full pull?
41’

kinda funny how similar of a setup this is to the tower rigs at my firestation. we have a 94 foot ladder extension engine at the station and it looks quite similar except for the fact that it's a cab over
I just looked up the warranty on your new truck - 3 years/36 Cascadias, whichever comes first...
😂
That’s how they getcha, 3 years doesn’t sound bad, but only 36 cascadias, I’m already at 5 and it hasn’t even went through inspection yet. Communists
thanks ilearned a few things !

Thanks Jackson, yeah until my wife kicks me out of it
