As you can tell by the title, this was supposed to be the ACTUAL FINAL Destination. But it was considered so shitty, with such a backlash over the VFX and some other issues - especially by the fans - that the producers were like, "Okay, we can't go out on such a low note. We HAVE to do another film that's actually good, that will appeal to even the critics, casual film goers and casual FD fans, BUT ESPECIALLY the real "Final Destination" fanbase." And so they gave us Final Destination 5, perhaps the best in the series.
The movie within the movie is The Long Kiss Goodnight (1996) which is a really awesome action movie from the 90s starring Geena Davis and Samuel L. Jackson.
Fourth part is one of my favorites. Also the ending with "everything was planned to be us together" and x-ray picture of destroying skull is very badass 💀
Remember the show that used to be on then Spike TV, A Thousand Ways to Die? It was on around this time as well as the version of Mortal Kombat games using the X-ray shots. And of course CSI
This was supposed to be the last Final Destination but for once it was actually lucky for us Hollywood had to Hollywood and we got the 5th one, the best one.
And with that I've rewatched all the movies, the fifth one will be my first time watching it and, in fact, I'm excited to watch it. It's been a while since I've been excited to watch a movie. About this particular movie, I thought it was pretty cool, but I don't really like 3D, although it didn't bother me much. I know people tend to not pay much attention when they are too comfortable or overworked, but these people seem to indulge in negligence and recklessness. In my country there is a song that goes like this: "Chance will protect me, as long as I walk distracted" but the truth is that distraction can take you under a bus.
After you guys finish the last one of these, so far be sure to watch the interviews that Cinebinge did with the producer of this franchise. Some really insightful stuff gets talked about.
When this was released it was marketed as the final movie & I think they were legit with that, but because it was a huge profit at the box office they saw green & made another. Apparently Scream (2022/Scream 5) was simply titled Scream because it was mocking the way reboots or requels have the same title as the original, e.g the requel to Halloween is called Halloween...personally I don't think it was a good idea & they should have called it Scream 5, because people confuse it for a requel, before watching it.
Nice to see others watch this film and unlike me, NOT feel sincere anger every second. XD At my current state in life as a movie fan, I'm off three opinions of film. I enjoyed/loved the film, I think the film is just "meh" or "alright", makes no impact, whatever. Then there's "I actually hate this movie and do feel hate watching it", the rarest outcome, which is where "TFD" landed. Especially as a fan of the franchise, and I say that as someone who enjoys every "Friday the 13th" film, even "Jason Goes to Hell" and both "Halloween Kills" and "Halloween Ends". XD Something about this film just piisses me off. XD But I am laughing at you two's reactions! You'll love the fifth film.
This is by far the worst one of the franchise but the deaths were interesting. It was decent in 3D Fun facts: •The film's McKinley Speedway accident is similar to a real life disaster: the 1955 Circuit du Mans (Le Mans, France) Disaster, known for its 24 hour endurance races, in which a multi-car collision launched an engine block, hood, and other wreckage into a packed grand stand, killing 84 people in total. The deaths included spectators being cut in half by the flying hood "like a guillotine", the engine block crushing a swathe through the crowd; an explosion and fire also occurred, which added to the death toll. • The "Final Destination" series began when Flight 180 crashed in Final Destination (2000). At the race track, the victims are seated in section 180 (as shown on a sign behind them). • This is the only "Final Destination" film to not be filmed in Canada and the only one not to feature Tony Todd. • In every premonition that Nick has after the accident the words "It's Here" appears somewhere. • The first film in the series where the music was not composed by Shirley Walker, as she passed away in 2006. RIP • When Nick reads a newspaper article about Samantha's death at the salon, a related story says a bus has crashed on HWY 180. The number 180 is the same name as the plane in Final Destination (2000) - Flight 180. • At one hour and twenty-two minutes, this is the shortest film in the franchise. • The movie theatre is named Tagert Theatres. "Tagert" is the name of director David R. Ellis' daughter.
i suggest watching the anime movie called "weathering whit you" since u watched your name i think, because its kind of the sequel of that but diffirent characters and diffirent story. Anyways keep the good work up😅
Not the best one in the series, but still has its moments. Very hamfisted, a step down from the previous 3 movies. I'm a big fan of the final movie though, can't wait for you to react to that one.
You’ve got to admit that this one was creative but was lacking when it came to the characters because nobody talked like a real person. One thing to mention about how everyone dies is that there were 2 that survived at the end of fd2 after one of them was revived from drowning not sure if they died after the film though
I've gotta ask... who's visiting who? Are you going to Canada to visit Timothee, or is Timothee coming to - L.A.? N.Y.C.? I know you're an actress, so I figure one of the two - America to visit you? Or (and please don't get mad at this reasoning/questioning 😄 😂 😉), since I know Timothee got married some time ago, is he your husband, and you his wife? Apologies if that's too personal. However, I take no stock in a particular trite adage: so regardless of the consequence a cat may face, I just can't help but to be curious. And genuinely speaking, I mean no offense, dear.
It's so much fun rewatching this franchise with you both, really good vibes & a good fun time 😊
I always thought the pool death was ridiculous and then I found out it can actually happen and that is bloody terrifying.
14:48 actually, that's a realistic outcome. The pressure can get strong enough do such a thing.
Certainly not the best of franchise but the deaths were some of the most creative. The pool drain death still makes me uncomfortable.
As you can tell by the title, this was supposed to be the ACTUAL FINAL Destination. The 5th one is literally my favorite one but omg I saw it in theaters by myself when I was a teen… talk about trauma
The movie within the movie is The Long Kiss Goodnight (1996) which is a really awesome action movie from the 90s starring Geena Davis and Samuel L. Jackson.

So far the only characters still alive in the franchise are Kimberly Corman and Officer Thomas Burke from Final Destination 2.
Spoilers
Unless you do the "choose your fate" feature of Final Destination 3
This was supposed to be the last Final Destination but for once it was actually lucky for us Hollywood had to Hollywood and we got the 5th one, the best one.
I think the 3rd one is the best one. This is the most openly comedic one.
And with that I've rewatched all the movies, the fifth one will be my first time watching it and, in fact, I'm excited to watch it. It's been a while since I've been excited to watch a movie.

Loving you reactions to these! Can't wait for FD5!
GAWD I love these movies, they are Hilarious. great reaction you two
What I love (and am impressed by) about these movies, is how they don't use the same method of dying twice.
you’ll love the fifth movie and i hope to see y’all react to the pre credits… no one really does lol
The thanks happened in every movie. The person who said thanks died almost at the end
I can’t watch this because of that pool drowning death but I still love your reaction.
If not for the 3D, the deaths could have been way cooler looking for how unique they were.
I can’t wait till you guys get to final destination 5, the ending has a big surprise
I love watching these movies with you guys
I honestly always forget that this movie exists
The fifth movie is the second best next to the original and soon you’ll see why.
Agreed
As a race fan I recommend going to a nascar event. Its very safe these days
11:34 - 'Your life's in danger and I think you're going to die. Also you're in mortal peril, on top of which your death might be imminent.'
9:25 hahahaha you calling out everything you see going wrong in the salon just so in the end the rock and lawn mower gets her
1, 2 and 5 are the best movies
After you guys finish the last one of these, so far be sure to watch the interviews that Cinebinge did with the producer of this franchise. Some really insightful stuff gets talked about.

I’m just happy to have your husband in the thumbnail. 😊❤

The 5th one should've been called "The Final Destination" 😉
12:11 love the 3D in that death lol
17:21 lol another damn terrible driver!
I wish they'd make more
I hope you watch the 5th final movie also...... supposedly making 6th in 2025
i suggest watching the anime movie called "weathering whit you" since u watched your name i think, because its kind of the sequel of that but diffirent characters and diffirent story. Anyways keep the good work up😅
More laughs in this video. I like it.
LOVE this movie and your reaction!, wait till DF5!, its the best one IMO, better than this one.

This movie was better in 3D but…not much. 😂 It’s worth it to get to 5 though.
Great job I'm new here yes sub and stuff can I get your reaction on the move,300, a Spartan war movie very well made please ❤
4:10 6:00 20:25

This one is actually called The Final Destination, meaning its the last one.
🤙🏿🤙🏿
Weakest of the franchise, and the awful 3D gimmick
Fantastic
Hi, Clariss.
✌️🌎❤️
Hate how the CGI RUINED the kills in this one.
