In case you haven't heard, Final Destination 6 is finally in production. The official title is Final Destination: Bloodline. It's coming out next year and will have no connections whatsoever to the first five.
@@jesusramirezromo2037 The rumored synopsis said that the film will center around itself and not relying on previous movies. "Bloodlines" most likely refers to their new death design, as it was confirmed by Jeffrey Riddick they will introduce a new one.
25:12 - Pool drains require an enormous amount of suction to drain water from the pool. The suction pressure can be as high as 700 pounds, making it nearly impossible to help a person who gets hair, fingers, or other body parts too close to the drain.
There was an 8 year old in Texas that was literally sucked 20 feet into a pipe with force her body was "contorted." It was a few weeks ago in a lazy river of all things if memory serves.
@@edeinonyjess3435 Yes it can happen, there are cases on the internet also about accidents involving pool drains, some are soft but others are strong, some lead to minor injuries, drowning and evisceration.
fun fact that I stole: Hunt's and Janet's death are based off a head or tails coin flip Hunt being sucked down by his bottom [general area for the tails] Janet's head being stuck at the top of the sunroof [well, head]
Hunt's pool death was loosely inspired by a young girl from my state. Abigail Taylor in 2007, there's a wiki page about it. I remember when it happened. Ever since then, a new law was created so that the pools in MN have anti-entrapment covers over all floor drains.
This is will be a dark read, but if anyone is curious about the context in the editor's note for the pool drain, look up Abigail Rose Taylor and Salma Bashir. Summary: Abigail passed away about a year after being disembowelled by a drain in a kiddie pool. Salma faced the same incident and survived, but has now passed away this year. Both incidents happened in 2007 and 2008 respectively.
Premonitions in FD 1 and 2: The hero saw what happens then saved a few peoples and search for clues on who will die next. Easy to understand and his deicision is a smart plan. Premontions here: 3D objects are floating in the hero's head. They are hard to understand don't really tell you who will die. Also, the guy didn't looked for clues about death's patern; he imediately knows where to go apparently. In short, they were more effective and scary before 😨
Don’t trust other people’s opinions on movies. They don’t watch the film through the same lens’s for which your eyes see. These movies are always subjective. Final destination movies are meant to be received as nothing more than shock value. From that perspective, they’re all great.
I can say great things about Final Destination 1. I can say great things about FD 2. I can say great things about FD 3. What can I say about Final Destination 4 aka The Final Destination? It was a movie. It existed. It started. It ended. That's all I got really. It doesn't start off the formula like the first movie. It doesn't reverse the formula like the second. It doesn't have an amazing cast and the shock of there being 2 premonitions in the movie like the 3rd. It just...is there. Very amazing franchise but this movie is unfortunately a huge miss
@@letitiahunt3696 I said it doesn't have the shock of there being two premonitions. The surprise factor. Because it's not shocking since we already saw that happen in the third movie.
@@alexinator-hh5fe Eh, actually the second premonition was a bit of a twist. Most reactions I saw, people were surprised that the mall explosion wasn't real.
28:08 "My bum is on the drain; my bum is on the drain; the pressure keeps building, and it's causing lots of pain." For those of you who watched The Kill Count for this movie by James A. Janisse over on Dead Meat, you should know this.
The only thing I can think of after reading that is "Or better than that they'll get into your veins and seep into your bloodstream which causes lots of pain". Yes I know it's random; my brain thinks of random things. If anyone knows what that's from, cheers.
Little girl in Texas just a few weeks ago. Went from walking along a lazy river to pulled 20 feet into a pipe. Had her body literally twisted up it was so strong.
George mentions "Deja vu" before being hit by the ambulance, which is a reference to having seen the same thing in the first movie, where the girl gets hit by a bus 😉
I can't wait to see if y'all catch the references to a major TV series all over Final Destination 5. Makes it even more fun to rewatch to catch all of them once you realize.
Guy got cubed and his bones disappeared 😂 Also, as someone who does surveillance work, yeah they can be high quality. You wouldn’t believe the things I’ve seen. It’s wild
The one actress you know also starred in The Boys. She was Butcher's wife. For me one of the most beautiful and talented actresses ever. She started to become famous through the teen series One Tree Hill. She is also the actress who I find to cry in the most believable way. It can convey sadness like no other. To this day, I don't understand why she wasn't cast much more often for really good movies.
@@Senkoau This!!! I hate when people do that. Especially when it comes to these movies. Everyone always goes oh my gosh I can't wait for them to see XYZ. And I'm just like how about you shut up and let them experience it blind
About the Pooldrain That scene was actually inspired by something that happened to a kid. Though, the kid didn't died, but her intestines got severaly damaged. There is an article about what happened to the kid.
the thing people complain most about is the cgi which isn’t the best compared to the others but like someone else said it’s for the shock factor kinda like Saw . i remember the scene where her leg gets caught in the escalator stuck with me for a long time and i’m still terrified of escalators 😂
i’ll never forget, i had a birthday party when this first came out and had my whole party watch this movie in theaters…why did my mom let a bunch of 13 year olds watch this lol
I’m waiting for the day when Blake will finally clean up his apartment lol. Oh and Scream 4 is definitely a step up from the 3rd film so yeah. Thanks guys for all your reactions. 😊
A few years ago my grandmother was actually pierced in the back of the head by a rock kicked up from a lawnmower while she and my grandfather were in a car driving. The rock went through the back of the car window, through the passenger’s headrest, and into her head. The headrest slowed the rock down, she only suffered a slight injury from the rock. My grandfather thought she got shot that’s how fast it all happened.
Why do people have to make comments like this….then you’re expecting something to happen when you should just watch the movie without trying to figure out the ending. 😒
Absolutely love these movies. I remember seeing this in theaters and buying the "deluxe bluray" and it included cheap 3D glasses. Watched this movie so many times. I really enjoyed the lawn mower death and I always wondered what the car wash death would have looked like 😂😂😂 Can't wait to see what you guys think about Final Destination 5!

No one has ever said Scream 4 is the worst one. People will either say it’s 3 or 5. But what people DO say, and I agree with, is that out of the five FD films, this one is the worst. That’s just how it works. There will always be a movie in a franchise/series that is the weakest. Whether it’s because it doesn’t perform well or it just simply isn’t as good story wise. But from the beginning, the big first chain-reaction scene isn’t as good or as traumatic as the others and the dialogue/acting isn’t the best. The 3D aspect didn’t help.
Theres was a little girl who had her intestines sucks out by a pool drain a few years ago and survived after surgery but then later passed because of the damage:( its possible
Both Janet & Hunt lose a coin in the car wash/pool scenes. Earlier on he asked her to do heads or tails. As it was a 50% chance for the audience to guess who would die first. The mechanic apparently has no skeleton and is made of play doh. A alternate scene of his death would have had the canister take a chunk of his body without that diced stuff. Should've kept it. Another deleted scene had Janet walking down a crosswalk and narrowly avoiding many cars as she learns she can't die until she's next on the list. Don't know where they were going with that. And the alternate ending had Nick die trying to save Janet & Lori and Lori would have delivered the "what if this was death's plan all along" as the giant box that was being raised over the mall skylight would have crushed them. Since it's not in the real ending it just ends up being a red herring.
I think why this movie just isn't as good is that the most memorable scene is the opening. After that the movie is really forgettable, this one used to play on TV all the time and I've seen it multiple times, yet watching you guys I didn't remember like that middle chunk minus the pool thing. The deaths are so quick and don't really have that same suspense build up like previous. They just kinda...happen. And you don't really get attached to any of the characters in this one, I love FD2 because I found the cast very endearing in how they came together to try not to die. But these guys, I don't even know their names. The car opening was still the first FD thing I ever saw tho, so! Thanks FD4!
I remember that Cojo mentioned Daytona in the reaction to FD 2. He literally foreshadowed this one. Also, I like this beginning despite the bad CGI, but I feel that this one is not great because of all the foreshadowing clues it gives between scenes. And the pool extracting Nick Zano's guts is not nice. FD 5 is awesome. Can't wait.
cutie Blake screaming 8:30 hehehe 🥰😍 side note: there's an alternate ending for this one. Also, excited for your reaction for the 5th one which is the best.
Personally. This is wasn’t my favorite. But I for sure still enjoy it watching it regardless. Can’t wait to watch with you guys and excited to get to the FINAL DESTINATION of this franchise till 6 comes out. ❤❤❤❤
For me, this one was the worst of the whole series. It was filmed with the sole purpose of exploiting the new 3D gimmick that was a novelty at the time. The next one is far better, in my opinion.
Despite the title being "The Final Destination," it wont be the last in the series. I saw this one on HBO and it's pretty good, even though not everyone liked. It's still an enjoyable experience.
The dude who died in the pool And the red headed girl Are both in the DC universe Red headed girl plays Patty in the FLASH starring grant gustin And the dude that died in the pool played this guy in dc legends of tomorrow! (Forgot his name)
I have a suggestion for a film for you to react to: WRONG TURN (2003), a simple but fun slasher horror, brutal and with some surprises, it's worth checking out.
I never clicked so fast y'all!!! I hope y'all enjoyed this one. It's definitely the weakest one in the franchise, but it's still very campy and watchable and it holds a special place in my heart because it's a FD film, it's 3D and I saw it in theaters!! LET'S GOOOOOO!!!
I've said it but again like Scream I enjoy EVERY movie and I only have fav to least fav not "garbage" movies. The creativity that goes into these movies it excellent. Also LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Happy Easter Nerds!
ppl hate this one so much but I thought it was by farrr the funniest 😭 ‘I got my eye on you’ and the cartoonishly angry shaking fists before the tow truck were pure camp. i watched this series when I was pretty young but I always thought of them more as campy kinda funny movies rather than actually scary and well done ones, so I never minded the fact that this one was objectively worse
lol this one was absolutely ridiculous so over top out of all them. 😂 And I have to admit I didn’t get attached to any of these characters like I did on the previous ones.
The security guard guy, George, said "I've been trying to kill myself all day" . 32:04 Then the same guy (who's an alcoholic) turns around in the very next scene, drinking beer to celebrate a new outlook on life. 💀 32:30
Don’t know if anyone is familiar with “ The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen” film but I highly recommend it. It’s a steam- punk hero film that came out in 2003. There’s no sequels so if y’all ever wanted to take a break from film franchises, this is a good one. Also recent sub here, I’m loving the content so keep it up!
I understand that Final Destination was never deep, I don't think people hate in this movie, they are just being honest, this one is the "worse" movie in the serie, but we can still enjoy it.

@@yxmnxg They probably watched it by Now but dude! The biggest twist you don't spoil for them in the comments lol
@@OfTheiAm hope they don’t read this lol
The dude who died in the pool
And the red headed girl
Are both in the DC universe
Red headed girl plays Patty in the FLASH starring grant gustin
And the dude that died in the pool played this guy in dc legends of tomorrow! (Forgot his name)
They really was gonna leave this franchise on a comedic note.
"It's about to be aired out" 😏
1+8+0 = 9
1 to 9 are base numbers in which 9 is the last one, aka 'The End'.
Love watching this on my bday today
Little late on the reply, but Happy Birthday! 🥳
I have a suggestion for a film for you to react to: WRONG TURN (2003), a simple but fun slasher horror, brutal and with some surprises, it's worth checking out.
Love wrong turn
I agree, Wrong Turn is amazing. The first two movies are the best
The sequels are badddddddd, except the second one
That's a fun series as is Hatchet.
2:03 I thought Death gave Blake an aneurysm! 😪
Nightmare on elm street would be fun ☺️
I always skip The Final Destination when doing rewatches but it’s a fun turn off your brain movie when watching it with friends
Love your videos guys! Great energy great mood! The main actress is from One tree Hill ❤️
A girl here in Houston Tx just got sucked into a pool drain and died. 😢😢😢😢
😢
this was released in 3d as you can see from some shots :D
ppl hate this one so much but I thought it was by farrr the funniest 😭 ‘I got my eye on you’ and the cartoonishly angry shaking fists before the tow truck were pure camp.
i watched this series when I was pretty young but I always thought of them more as campy kinda funny movies rather than actually scary and well done ones, so I never minded the fact that this one was objectively worse
Awesome reaction of my favorite Final Destination movie!!!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
lol this one was absolutely ridiculous so over top out of all them. 😂 And I have to admit I didn’t get attached to any of these characters like I did on the previous ones.
I been waiting for the last two movie reactions 😩🫶🫶
Anyone see the video of the flying sawblade? A guy walks thru a door and this steel killer comes out of nowhere.
Nah I am not sat here trying to be quiet at my job and not laugh at "Death bent it like Beckham brother!" I am dyyyiiinnnnggg 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Blake "Rocks"! 👍
Watching this movie in 2D is a crime.
Amazing reaction with the amazing movie 🎥
The security guard guy, George, said "I've been trying to kill myself all day" .
32:04
Then the same guy (who's an alcoholic) turns around in the very next scene, drinking beer to celebrate a new outlook on life. 💀
32:30
it wasn't beer, it was sparkling apple cider, which usually doesn't have alcohol in it
Don’t know if anyone is familiar with “ The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen” film but I highly recommend it.
Awesome reaction
