In the theater, while seeing this one, when i was "young", i yelled out right after the glass falling/squashing scene, "What a pane in the glass". Felt like a hero for it.
2 days after watching this for the first time, never seen a logging truck in my life... and i find myself driving behind one. So traumatized 😂 I also make sure to never have loose water or soda bottles in my car that can get stuck under the pedal. This is my favorite entry in the series.
AKA "Kimberly Kills Everyone": Parks her car on the highway: Friends dead Screams "Pigeons!" at the Tim: Tim runs to them and dies. Calls Nora and starts yelling about "Man with hooks!": Nora panics and dies. Tells them to chase after pregnant woman: Kat, Rory (And later the Brian) all die. Makes Clear leave the hospital: Clear and Eugene dead. I think Evan is the only death she isn't directly responsible for.
ah yes, final destination 2. the movie that traumatized a generation. seriously though, up to this day i (and many others) can't drive behind a logging truck without slightly soiling my pants, as my mind automatically jumps back to this movie.
One thing that seems to go unnoticed a lot with Tim’s death is, when the pigeons disturb the crane operator, he leans on the gearstick, so it isn’t just the glass that’s falling on him, it’s the entire driving force of the crane accelerating into him
The Coroner was played by Tony Todd who's a staple of horror movies. He said the most money he ever made was an episode of Smallville because the director quit and they couldn't hold up production, so they shot the episode a few scenes at a time over a few months, around the regular production schedule. Tony couldn't leave to do other stuff, so he was stuck in Vancouver for months and Production had to keep paying him. lol
FUN FACT!: So the vfx people were tasked with the pileup scene, so they went into it with the idea that hey we're gonna do these massive over the top explosions and we're gonna take it to the director and he's gonna go alright, tone it down a little. Day of the showing comes, they show him, and the director goes, Yes! that's it! more! (paraphrased but more along those lines lol). you can also check out vfx reacts on corridor crew that's where I heard it from.
23:32 I've never noticed before how settle that was. Implying we all know who he is or at least have a theory. "How do you know my name?" Mortician: *looks at the audience*
I understand why CLEAR RIVERS had to die....but I just wish she could have lived in order to be the heroine of the film series. The ultimate final girl. 😔💔💪😎😇❤🎉
The best movie. Giving a generation PTSD about highways, especially if you see a log truck. While the remaining movies are hit or miss, at least they have some crayz deaths. And they are currently working on a new movie.
So, in one of the next movies, there is an eliminated extra scene where in a newspaper says that this two survivors died in a horrifying accident with a wood chipper. Fans are 50-50 on if that counts as cannon or not, therefore, if dying and coming back to life is enough for death is kinda debatable.
Final Destination 2 was a movie that traumatized me. I have to say that it's not a movie that really traumatizes someone like me (I'm not brave, I'm actually quite scared), but I drove on the highway once and I almost got crushed by logs and that's not something you get over easily. Death has a very peculiar sense of humor and that guy in the morgue is definitely the Grim Reaper. I've only seen up to the fourth movie, so I don't know if he is or isn't Death, but I'll embrace this theory. I'm already preparing to continue the journey through all the films until the last one in the franchise. Se algum compatriota brasileiro ler isso, me manda um oi👍👍👍
Great reaction, you guys! I've always thought that you had a resemblance to a young Justina Machado, the actress that played Isabella, the pregnant lady. Which is a BIG compliment btw because she was and still is so gorgeous. And so are you, Clariss! ❤
His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy There's sweat on his chest already, tripped on mom's spaghetti He's nervous, but on the surface, he looks calm and ready To drop ladders, but the ladder keeps on bloodletting
When i was a kid i didn't like to put my seat belt because it makes my neck itch, so my uncle made me watch this movie thinking it would traumatize me enough to make me put on the belt…
I hope when you guys eventually get through the rest of this franchise you check out the interviews on Cinebinge with the producer of the franchise. Pretty cool insights.
The last scene doesn't make sense because the news van that almost hit the kid wouldn't have BEEN there if not for the survivors ending up there so he wasn't supposed to ide
You should react to men with pans from America’s got talent! It’s not a movie and a short 4 min. Video but for sure something you can react to cause it’s hilarious like most movies are!
also i dont understand why so many people are afraid of the dentists? makes me feel weird for looking forward to my checkups. deep teeth cleaning and the sound of instruments make the skin surrounding my tattoos tingle
The movie that, more like any other, instilled the fear into me of letting americans drive xD Like, not a single one of the mofos in this movie should ever be behind a wheel

To be fair, Thomas Burke called Nora and told her about the man with hooks, not Kimberly. And had Nora not panicked she might've survived.

Another understandable reason why people prefer flying
can confirm. I and a lot of people I know sit with that same fear. Just seeing a truck like that and it's just "nope" for all of us
Facts
Yep.
The movie that is put the fear of driving behind Log trucks in a whole entire generation!!
One thing that seems to go unnoticed a lot with Tim’s death is, when the pigeons disturb the crane operator, he leans on the gearstick, so it isn’t just the glass that’s falling on him, it’s the entire driving force of the crane accelerating into him

"That's a little petty of death!" Oh, we are just getting started with death being petty. lol. Death holds some deep grudges.
I liked these movies for practical effects it also made them much scarier.
The movie that taught me to always check for water bottles in the front seat
RIP David R.Ellis. Final destination 2 was his best movie.
Omg yeeessss, I was hoping you’d continue this series, please keep going . 3 is my favorite. Plus Mary Elizabeth winstead is top tier
'That actor has great dead eyes.' That actor is Tony Todd and he's AWESOME. 🍬🪝IYKYK
I was thinking the same thing 😂

“This is why I don’t drive” ma’am you live in New York. You have dozens of reasons to not drive
I understand why CLEAR RIVERS had to die....but I just wish she could have lived in order to be the heroine of the film series. The ultimate final girl. 😔💔💪😎😇❤🎉
Please do all of them! Final destination is one of my favourite franchises, and I'm enjoying rewatching it with you.
The best movie. Giving a generation PTSD about highways, especially if you see a log truck. While the remaining movies are hit or miss, at least they have some crayz deaths. And they are currently working on a new movie.
This is my favourite FD movie and Kat Jennings was my favourite character.
Her death was such a surprise.
So, in one of the next movies, there is an eliminated extra scene where in a newspaper says that this two survivors died in a horrifying accident with a wood chipper. Fans are 50-50 on if that counts as cannon or not, therefore, if dying and coming back to life is enough for death is kinda debatable.
The opening sequence is nightmare fuel for generations. And a majority of it was practical effects.
Final Destination 2 was a movie that traumatized me. I have to say that it's not a movie that really traumatizes someone like me (I'm not brave, I'm actually quite scared), but I drove on the highway once and I almost got crushed by logs and that's not something you get over easily.

This movie is one of the reasons I'm so anxious nowadays 🤣🤣
The lesson from this franchise is to be more careful and cautious with things
Tony todd is the actors name that was in the crematorium. He's known for candyman and a ton of other movies
Great reaction, you guys!
I've always thought that you had a resemblance to a young Justina Machado, the actress that played Isabella, the pregnant lady. Which is a BIG compliment btw because she was and still is so gorgeous. And so are you, Clariss! ❤
21:50 my favorite death of the entire series
His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy
There's sweat on his chest already, tripped on mom's spaghetti
He's nervous, but on the surface, he looks calm and ready
To drop ladders, but the ladder keeps on bloodletting
For me final destination 2 almost comedy in dark humour style
I watched this in the cinema when I was 15 and I remember laughing hysterically at it! XX
When i was a kid i didn't like to put my seat belt because it makes my neck itch, so my uncle made me watch this movie thinking it would traumatize me enough to make me put on the belt…
As far as I can remember - FD2 is the best one. But 3 and 4 should be pretty OK.
GREAT reaction, felt a bit like a football game cometary
33:19 #Triforcated. DAMN. That's brutal.
On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone falls to zero.
three is my favorite of them all, you'll really like it
I hope when you guys eventually get through the rest of this franchise you check out the interviews on Cinebinge with the producer of the franchise. Pretty cool insights.

New phobia was created that day.

Apparently they both died off screen which sucks af 🫠
Have you seen "The Silence of the Lambs"?
Ok…there is alcohol AND drugs? What stupidity of a sentence is that? Alkohol IS a drug!
I take full responsibility for the stupidity 😅
