I’ve had mine for about 1.5 months and 1000 miles. With my my tail bag, onboard storage, and flat floor, my Liberty is an incredibly useful tool that can haul a lot of stuff. I’ve had it up to 68 mph topped out (i weigh ~180 lbs) - don’t think it had much more to give. It’s fast enough for the highway but too light to make it a confident highway traveler. Anyway, enjoy the hell out of the bike!

Most definitely, I had it up to 68 mph feel like I’m flying on cyborg wings ( I’m 5’3 ~ 90 pounds )

I've had my 2018 for almost four years and I just bought the 2022. I use it for work - delivering food in San Francisco and it gets up steep hills with no problem. Also, I've crashed it five times and it's been knocked over 12 times by cars and it still runs fine - these things are built like tanks and are well worth the money.

What's the weight limit on one of these things?

@@BosoxPatsfan603 I'm 200 pounds and I have no problems, but to directly answer your question, I'm not sure. 300 might be straining it.

Great review, thanks. I bought the 50cc Liberty for my son, it is a reliable, easy and inexpensive to maintain everyday use vehicle. Last winter season I rode it in the snow (with Heidenau snow tires) and it made it. The large wheels are perfect for bad roads. The vespa-style dashboard is very well designed and you can perfectly read it day and night. The seat, however, is a little too stiff for my preference, but this is just a minor detail. I love the wide mirrors which allow you to monitor the traffic behind, unlike those at Honda scooters (Vision, SH125/300) which are far too narrow. Enjoy your ride.

A nice review video mate. I enjoyed it. It seems to be a great value for the money. Will take a further look at it. :)

My brother has this same model and it's a blast to ride. Plenty of power for any city situation - will easily cruse at 45 or 50. I'll also tried it two-up and it was fine. If you're thinking of an around town scooter, test drive one of these.

Sweet Scoot. I like the idea of using larger diameter wheels & tires. Gives you more gyroscopic stability vs those small squirrely handling scooters. Enjoy your putts. Time has a way of movin' on. :) OOOG hahaha

Dude! It’s NOT a moped! Mopeds have pedals and a small normally 2-cycle engine.

Stop calling 150cc two-wheelers Mopeds. They are not by anyone's definition mopeds, except yours. Thanks. :) Sorry, I couldn't continue watching after the third time or so. FYI, originally, mopeds were just that mo-peds, motor-pedal bikes. Tomos, Puch, etc. They actually had pedals so you could move it along (painfully slow with difficulty) even without gas. Then these mopeds mostly faded away. "Moped" was repurposed as the legal definition by DMV for any motorized two-wheels under 50cc, even if they didn't have pedals. So yes, a scooter with a 49.5cc engine can be classified as a moped and only requires a standard driver's license to be in the lanes. A scooter with above 50cc, like this Piaggio Liberty 150S, is a motorscooter. And a very nice scooter it is. I'd like one.

Awesome I want one with the same exact color. About the breaks it might be because the front has ABS so like you stated so you won't get thrown off. The best addition would surely be a top case for it. 🛵🔥
