Hi Nigel it looks stunning and so historic there with the Bronze Age barrows and those ancient sandstone rock formations. The Bridestones were great to see and you got them all to yourself ! Amazing to see, and made a nice seat !A fabulous hike and I loved the sound of all of the birds and perfect timing for the train 😃 The old hunting tower was interesting too. That was great, the views were amazing 👍~ Anna

Two places I am hoping to visit this year if the rain ever stops that is. Looked a great walk and see to see and hear the local wildlife on the way around too. What a time to find a bench and then wait for the stream train to go through and then the bonus of another at the station. Great views from Skelton Tower and more trains too, you seem to be a magnet for them and what a great view to finish off the walk too, cheers Alan

Hi Alan, ye a beautiful walk and the Bridestones well worth a visit, couldnt believe the woodpecker straight after i was talking about it and coming across the deers more luck, i check the times of when the steam trains are due, but the first one looking down on Levisham was great timing, the others i waited for them to come along, Skelton tower on a nice day you can sit there and take in the views forever such a great place, anyway thanks for coming along cheers nigel

That looked like a great walk. I do love the North York Moors- I find all the ancient burials fascinating, there are so many barrows up there. Keep going with your training!😄

I had this lined up Nige when it came out but got distracted. It was a fabulous outing bro. To kick off great views and the potential for Adder. That rock serving as coffee stop was shaped by the sea-maan think about that the waters lapping around it for hundreds of thousands of years whilst the earths plates moved it about. Loved Levesham station and drive though. A tea there would be right up my rail line. Ha ha! Yeah, great tour and view from the top latterly. Good going. Mark

Hi Mark, you have blown my mind thinking about the sea carving that sand stone and then been pushed up with the earths plates to where it is today, i was sat on sea creatures from way way back having a coffee phew, so peaceful is Levisham station apart from when a steamer leaves LOL, wonderful views and the ancient barrows made it a great walk thanks for your comments mate cheers nigel

@@nigelharness9032 Yeah, you can see it in the rock how the sea has molded it. Amazing! A pleasure as always - good to hear of the station and the rest. It was full happy view.
