Hi Nigel, love your video. I do envy you being able to get out and see those sunrises - I work twilight shifts atm so I don't see as many mornings as I'd like!) Great views of the red kite. Nice views of the Wolds countryside. I always wondered why it was called the bluestone heath road - now I know. It's amazing that those stones came all the way from Whin Sill in Northumberland. Like you, I'd love to spot one along the road. Anyway have a fantastic 2024! Al the best, Dawn, Paul and Sweep
Hi Dawn, yes the sunrises are spectacular and that morning was no acception, yes hard getting your head around the fact the bluestones came via the ice sheets from Northumberland, thank you all 3 of you for watching the videos and have a great 2024 cheers nigel
Hi Nigel - so good to see the red kite in the sky and hey follow you about. That's another Youth hostel gone - it was and still is a great movement. I gotta say it's always good to explore a place you've always passed - the church looked nice. Re-the bluestone road if the AA says it's good then it has something. The hills are big and sweeping. Well, unusual to see the duck there. Have a great new year and 2024 my friend. All the best. Mark
Hi Mark, ye 10 years we would hardly have seen a Buzzard let a lone a red kite with all the poisoning which was going on, but they all making great comebacks, the bird hiding was a partridge mate, hope your making some big plans for 2024 and they go well cheers nigel
@@nigelharness9032 It's incredible what creatures of the earth have gone through Nige. Good to see them in the skies. Ah, that was a Partridge. I've never seen one rest like that. Yeah, dreaming for 2024 Nige. See you out there bro.
