What I've allways been told was basketball and volleyball shoes are pretty much the same thing but basketball shoes typically have more ankle protection.
No, its probably worst cuz basket ball shoes are hard so you have a higher chance to break your feet if you're not balances when you jump. While thé volley ball. Shoes is like a feather and when you fall you dont have a feeling that your feet are getting hard.

correct me if im wrong since i play a different sport, but from my experience with running shoes, if you use them for vb, it will lead to a very unstable landing because of the thickness of the sole, so you are very likely to roll your ankle when you land.
@@pixel2695 you can get firmer running shoes and less thick soles depends on the shoe but the shoe Roxy was describing was basically a running shoe

Lots of fast movement, a lot of jumping, lateral movement and precise footwork.
The only difference is basketball shoes are objectively better than volleyball shoes. Just think about the markets and popularity of each sport. A lot more money, research and development goes into making a basketball shoe compared to a volleyball shoe. This is why you will never see someone wear badminton shoes to a volleyball game and the majority of volleyball pros wear basketball shoes in the league, and this includes players and teams who are sponsored by companies like ASICS.
I like that you can get good looking wrestling shoes for cheap the best ones are only 115 to 150
Man for xc flats we paid like 140-200$ for what felt like a single layer of shoe rubber with some material around it to hold it together lol
The court for basketball and volleyball is basically the same, I always just get basketball shoes and change the insoles so I can have a cool comfortable shoe
Anyway, here's a brownie recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of butter
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla
3. Beat in flour, cocoa, and salt. If desired, fold in nuts.
4. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not overcook; the brownies should be moist th center.
6. Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting into squares.

@@emma.summer1229why not use indoor soccer shoes? good outsole, hugs the feet snuggly, very light and best of all they are not ridiculously expensive, you can get a good pair of pro Adidas or Nike indoor soccer shoes for like $120-$150. The Nike lunar gatos go for $150, the Adidas elite predator or x crazyfast go for $139 or the pumas future pros go for $129.
I don't play volleyball but curry 9s are really light and flexible, the grip for the court is great to if you rum sometimes you fall bcof the grip

If you havent figured it out by now, just buy basketball shoes for volleyball lol. If you just think a bit about it they have the exact same requirements except major brands dont give a shit about the sport to even manufacture shoes for us volleyball players. They do, however, for basketball and so we just us those.
They do all these collabs with good basketball players for their shoes which can also be good options so stick to those until we get the Yuji Nishida nike collection 😂😂. Will sadly never happen probably but yh.
