not really, if you see with attention, that player hits too down the ball, not only in the serves, in the spikes too, that's why they doesn't spike that well

Same, except I'm in florida. I wanted to play highschool volleyball but our school has only a girls team, no boys team. Our girls team isn't good though which makes us even frustrated cause we have guys who wanna play and who can play but we're not able to. If I can't play in highschool I'll look for a college where I can

I always said that I like the sport of volleyball due to the amount of hustle there is in the game but I never really gotten into understanding and playing the game. So recently I’ve been watching tons of technique videos and the rules of volleyball that now I get videos like this to help me understand the flow of the game more 😅
I love watching these because 1, they are so entertaining, and I love seeing all the plays they do during the game, and 2 because its fun reading the game and practicing reading which way the setter sets the ball. In all its so much fun!

I'm having a hard time trying to spike in games it's very different to drill and you know they are going to set to you. Like sometimes I would be under the ball and I wouldnt be able spike. I have 📖 quite a lot about this and this video has helped so much thank you🙏

Maybe i misunderstood something but in volleyball is the ball comes to your team then y'all need to hit it to the other side but your team can touch the ball 3 times it is me misunderstanding?😅
God that stadium looks magnificent also hella great plays and those spikes man there killer.. also I always practice my jump serves in hallway that only fits one person so i never had that much space to train I live in the Philippines where men volleyball are only played by LGBT Community and its rare for men to play it so there aren't that much volleyball stadiums or court which is sad our house doesn't have enough space to practice volleyball and i barely have friends that want to play with me ;-; So this pov is really helpful for me so I know where to position myself when I join a team.
How do you bounce the ball straight down? I get my head above the net so I am pretty sure I am high enough but I always end up hitting to the far back. Is it really dependent on timing? Or is it a wrist technique I am probably not using? I play with people that don't even get that high but they can hit it straight down and it amazes me. Thank you! Edit: Does the set need to be closer to the net possibly too?
Wait for the ball to start going down, keep your elbow high, hit it from above, keep the ball in front of you and set must be close to the net, you can't really bounce if the ball is like meter away from the net. But hitting the ball straight down it's actually not the best way to score point, especially as wing spiker. They will have easier time to block you, do it only on empty net or if you are 100% sure they can't touch it.

Timing if ur early ur arm will be behind ur head and that’s where u finish the ball is heading out so keep it ball infront of you
