I think you’ve realized Ironman is a game of being conservative rather than aggressive, and that goes against your natural mindsets but I think that shift is going to pay huge dividends for you moving forward. Also, your channel seems to have the highest views per subscriber ratio of anything out there. The people who know of you love and appreciate you. Thanks for the motivation and encouragement for lots of folks around the world.

Truly inspirational stuff. Big fan of Lionel putting it all out there week after week for us all to see. So so happy for him this last weekend for it all to come together and execute a fantastic race, it was awesome to see. LS take some much needed rest and recharge those battery's . Play some golf chill with family and friends. Then get to work on 2022 I feel this will be the year everything is moving in the right direction excited to follow the journey.

lionel you have made huge improvements this year and conquered some of your deficiencies regarding ironman. I think if Cam is able to help with efficiency on the bike and you continue to improve your swim you can make huge strides. The power is definitely there on the bike but just watching Cam and how he bikes. Its like someone with the ultimate efficiency. No excess energy used. Thats what he can probably help you with. The rest you know and can improve. I think you can be in that Jan Frodeno competitive zone if you keep at things. Great year for you. Keep it up and the videos are second to none. Probably my favorite videos as a Lionel fan. I have always respected the fact he is and always will be "self-made" in terms of going from an Age Grouper to one of the best in the world. With that said, I love seeing the humility to put the programming and coaching in the hands of a coach. To be at the very very top I can't imagine any human has the mental capacity to not only execute the training but program it. I truly believe with this new approach we are still going to see the best Lionel Sanders ever.

Better take a bit off and rebuild for next year. Injury risk or mental fatigue are always a thing when you race a lot... It's a amazing you did another sub 8... 4 IMs in such a short time. 🤯 When i do 1 i am done for 3-4 weeks. All the best and keep us updated! 👍 The puzzle is coming together...
