    Deadlift: 4 sets of 8 reps at 70% 1RM (360 lbs), RPE 7-8
    Romanian Deadlift: 3 sets of 10 reps, RPE 8
    Hamstring Curls: 3 sets of 12 reps, RPE 8
    Calf Raises: 3 sets of 15 reps, RPE 8
