I think you gotta work on other muscles to go your arms.. so you need bigger shoulders to be able to handle the bigger arms but you need good lats to support your shoulders too.. I’m trying to increase my speed substantially (particularly for the 100m in the upcoming track season; I’ve diagnosed my weakness is absolute strength). I know you have made countless videos on speed and Hypertrophy but I’m also trying to gain muscle mass for the football season at the same time. I hope you could make a video outlining a full week of training (5 days a week preferably) so me, and many others who are in the same predicament can increase there speed and increase lean muscle mass at the same time so we can excel in multiple sports. I learned that if I want big arms I must curl AG1 and do tricep extensions with AG1
