Ingredients and Written Recipe :
2 kg Raw mango
1.9 kg Jaggery
100g Sugar
150-160g Split kernels of Coriander seeds
120-130g Split kernels of Mustard seeds
80-100g Split kernels of Fenugreek seeds
100g Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 TSP Turmeric powder
3 tbsp salt or As per taste
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Fennel seeds
2 TSP Black pepper corn
1 tbsp Asafoetida
100g Dry dates

Is achar k liye bht tez dhoop hona, isliye ise april, may, ya june ki tez dhoop wale mausam me banana chahiye. Jar me bharne k bad jar ka muh sooti kapde se bandh k jar ko 7-8 din tez dhoop me rkhna padta hai. Tabhi pani udta h aur गुड़ की गाढ़ी चासनी बनती है
