Sella mein nutrition ziyada hote hein koin ke uss ko boil kiya jata hai aur sella hard hota hai jis se uss ka tota kam hota hai, jabke steam mein nutritions kam hote hein aur uss ka tota bi ziyada hota hai.
Cooking mein steam soft pakta hai jabke sella hard pakta hai iss liye kuch loog steam ki cooking pasad kate hein.

Questions on boiled rice -
1) Why do hotels here in South India use boiled rice?
2) Is boiled rice healthy when compared to Raw rice?

Answers.
1- Parboil rice can bear more temperature and time after cooking so preferred.
2- Yes. Parboil has more nutritious than Raw Rice because it holds nutrition of bran and husk.
3- Usually Parboil Rice is more costly but it can be depend on demand and supply as well.
4- Parboil Rice take more time in cooking than Raw Rice.
5- In taste Raw Rice is more fluffy and parboil usually harder to eat.
6- Yes. Parboil Rice and more hard when stay after cooking.
