I saw 'Overlord' and had to follow this. My father spent the last 7 of his 22 years in the Royal Navy (Fleet Air Arm) at HMS Daedalus, on the UK South coast. Much of the time he spent in 'Overlord' hangar at that base. He left us nearly thirty years ago but it still resonates with me. I'm now planning to study for my PPL at Daedalus, right opposite the Overlord hangar that was his home for many years. Not really relevant to the mission but thought it may be interesting.
Cap - really enjoy these human-v-human contests where there's some strategy involved. Great tactic on your part getting high at a distance and then diving towards the ships to stay fast. The only suggestion as these campaigns evolve is to encourage engagements between human players where possible, Watching 109s tearing up locomotives without any defenders or even any ground fire feels weird. But I was LOL at Benjamin the Tank Engine :)
This was wonderful, I find it a lot more interesting watching gunfights rather than BVR missile battles where its down to mostly radar and missile ability...
Maybe have some kind of system where if an enemy attacks a target, but doesn't destroy it, the defenders get some kind of bonus, that way it might encourage people to defend targets.
31:10 - Cap !!! While chasing that baddie mid century German fighter over the villages of the south coast of Blighty... You SHOT Mable at Number 4 Waterloo Terrace, Wimblington-by-the-Sea, Southshire, Blighty. But no-one really liked her much anyway, Betty and Doris say they don't like to speak ill of the dead, but she was a terrible gossip (oh she was), yes she was a terrible gossip. And she never liked my knitting pattern, or those scones we baked her (oh I know).
I noticed the trains are wrong for the time period the wagons are modern US type (the red Boxcars and tank cars are all modern types) the Steam engines look correct-ish for european ones but not British Steam. The majority of freight rolling stock in UK in the time was 4 wheeled type (not sure about euro type)
Can you test Flack weapons vs shahed drone swarms? I think Flacks are going to become a thing again if we start seeing mass drone swarms in the future and it could be cool to see what the result would look like.

Going back to basics in an attempt to demolish waves of cheap drones with cheap munitions. I guess the German Mantis could be a cool addition if it's in the game or can be simulated somehow.
