The thing about modular is that all the sounds that make up the core of the beat can be achieved with any basic subtractive synth. All the wires are basically for the glitchy stuff. Basically im saying that modular is like building an engine to take me to the store down the street, when I could have just walked. Cool tune, though.

Your statement is ill thought out and not true, and I'm assuming you mean modular means additional and not subtractive? Sure, modular is expensive and not everyone's cup of tea, but sitting down with a blank slate is creatively rewarding in ways unachievable with a DAW and standard synth.
