I relate to Holly's feelings of panic and overwhelm so much. Hearing her story is so inspiring. If she can recover, so can we all. Thank you, Suzy, for this interview ❤️

Thank you so much for sharing your story. I promise to log my improvement, to easy to forget how dark it has been. I've really resisted this but I will do it. Thank you both.

What an inspiring video! Holly mentions being available to reach out to people. Is there a way to get in touch with her? I'm 5 months into long covid and it'd sure be a boost to have more interaction with positive people who have navigated their way through this experience. Thanks for all you're doing Suzy, just signed up to rest, repair and recover this week and looking forward to it 👍

Thank you for sharing 🤗 I’ve not been as bad but I do have days where I’m just totally exhausted & get so sad I don’t have the energy for my 16 month old son but I keep reminding myself it will get better! Hearing your story gives me hope which as we said is so important x

Thank you for this inspiring story ! I am only 4 months in but as I was very active previous to covid I find it incredibly disheartening not being able to do much or being put on bed rest by doctor if I have an infection, including second instance of covid and chest infection after first covid episode as my heart spiked if I move an inch). I feel in some ways worse than immediately post covid as my resting heart rate has gone from slowly reducing to surpassing what it was during covid and now way beyond this, which has had a knock on effect on standing and walking. Although, I think my waking and standing heart is a lot more steady than at the start (I think, it all blurs a bit together. I even so days think I was fine and my worrying, fear and stressing have caused my issues). Anyway, this lovely video as given me motivation to do something positive and have just joined the Recover programme to hopefully help to calm my autonomic nervous system as I feel this is keeping my heart higher (obviously lack of activity hasn’t helped). Happy to report completing my first session (chair yoga) so thank you ever so much and apologies for my kind of moany post 🙈😊🙏
