Imo of every test of each game: GT1 was hard when my brother and I had to drive the Viper, being a powerful FR, but we never got gold GT2 with the GT-ONE was challenging because of the S curves and the chicane, since you have to be fast on them and using carefully the throttle. GT3 I can say I'm not a big fan, sure I like the GT-ONE, but I hate Monaco with a passion, I've only managed bronze once, I don't I'll get gold to do this GT4 was hellish when I was kid, but when I played again in 2019, it became easier to me, sure its challenging, but if you know perfectly the Nurbugring, you will have no mistakes to do it on a race car GT5 is by far the 2nd easiest, its not even a challenge to me GT6 is ok, even if it means driving the Veyron with horrible handling, but if you know how to drive it, you can even beat the gold time by seconds GT Sport is easily the easiest of them all, that's all But GT7... oh oh oh, its the HARDEST one of all time, its horrible, the track has water poddles, you have to follow the perfect line, avoid spinning out, not going full throttle in sone sections, I can continue with the list, but I like it, yes, its challenging but its something new that I liked of GT7, it took me an hour to get gold on that test, overall, GT3, GT4, GT2 and GT7 are the best GT License tests they can offer, and me typing would've realised that my thumbs were gonna fall off every time I get gold on them

As I understand it, you played with all assists enabled. (especially since in GT4 assist is turned off by default on each individual car and a 10 year old would never figure out how to turn it off) Because otherwise, I can’t imagine how a 10 year old could in principle reach this level. This is impossible.
GT2 and pre patch GT7 were the hardest for me. The boaty Bugatti of GT6 was annoying but still a challenge. The ridiculously easy Mclaren license on GT5 was my least favourite. S Licenses should be about beating a hard time not playing catch-up...
GT7 S10 got patched? I beat it by 2 seconds at release day and it took me at least 45 minutes of spinning around eau rouge and dying because the dry line fooled me

@@CarloPlaya S-10 still has the same times for gold, silver and bronze since it's release date. So i dunno what any patch actually did to change that license test. I guess he's talking about the patch that broke some dirt/wet events but still that doesn't affect S-10.
The test on GT7 with the 917 had me in shambles trying to complete it. Finally finished it on Bronze after so many retries. Not going back for Gold anytime soon, I’m all set.
A lot of people dont know this, If you have a Dream Cast you get the Blem Disc for GT2 and it graphics are turned in GT3 graphics. I got all gold trophies and every car on my saved cards. Love GT, Great video.
Bleem made these game converting disc. I bought one for Grand Turismo 2, and it made the game graphics like GT3 graphics at the time. It was much smoother then the chopped blocks from Playstaion. PS2 came out with GT3 and the graphics were awesome. Bleem made disc the you put in DC and loaded, then you put in GT2 and the graphics were like GT3. It was awesome. I still have mine.

Between the GT4 and GT7 license tests. GT7 is tougher. The margin of error is so small and you gotta be fast. I must have spent weeks trying to get gold on it. The turn at 20:15 not having a dry line killed so many runs.
I recreated the GT Sport Final License test in GT7 using the exact same car in the exact same track. I got 1:55.352 which is basically bronze because I used autodrive since I'm a beginner in GT7 (My first experience was in GT Sport but it was short.) I like recreating GT Sport tests and some missions into GT7 since I always think GT Sport and GT7 are the same by gameplay.
GT3 was my jam, I loved the F094/s and put darn near 50k miles on it just hot lapping for fun pushing as hard as I could. It's amazing how much PD pushed the PS2 graphically in GT4.
That final GT7 test at Spa with a wet track was a bitch. I spun out on my first 20 or so attempts in a row before somehow getting a silver. Good enough for me, I was just happy to be done with it
The developers for GT4 really wanted to make the last test challenging. Image getting like 5-6 minutes in only to make a small error that causes you to go off track
I love how across all the games, to get a comfortable Gold time you can’t just cheese it. You need to be genuinely good and hit every point. I was surprised how good the Nordschleife lap looked for what was presumably played on a controller. It was very clean and did everything right.
That gold in gt7 final test was reeally hard for me. I used traction control in 3 and understeer assist on strong. I think took me like 4 hours of gameplay to obtain.
IMO, the screen of yellow display came from gt1 until gt3 looks so legend... but when started gt4 until gt7 (present) with white-blue display looks modern & evergreen until today 🔥

if i look at it, beside for our skills in the game, old GT game did "fair time" difficulty i think. Is it just me or not but in GT7, every challenge time goals was really hard, so it pushed players to their limit. But still fun.
It makes sense to have a racing car as the final test to overcome. Using production cars doesn’t make sense, even if GT6 is about bending the car to your will forcefully.

Then GranTurismo 3 was released & I thought it was the greatest thing since ever created for PlayStation. Gran Turismo 4 , Knocked it outta this world. It's a close one between GT4 and GT7. GT4 has the more difficult track, but GT7 really tests your control.

While it’s not a full solution, the counter steering setting makes S-10 so much easier on GT7. It helps a lot with wet tracks.
